I love eating here and I get a to go order usually when I go. I ordered a double meat gyro salad. The girl who took my order was the same one who waited on me and she was really nice. She would of made this a five star herself but the reason why this visit only got a 3 from me is because the chef in the back was really rude. She explained to him that my meal didnt receive double meat. He proceeded to tell at her and tell her "how much meat do you want me to give out geeze! Ive already gave out 10oz" that was a complete and utter lie. I measured it when I got home and I had 7.2 oz. So where was the rest? She had another chef get me the correct amount. If 7.2 is double meat then I would hate to see a regular. She was very professional and handled the situation as it should. For that nasty chef when I go back in I hope hes tone has changed. Or Ill have to go elsewhere. No need to yell at someone for wanting to do whats right.

We ordered carryout from Papa Gyros on Everhard Rd. 3/19/14. Requested the sauce on the side, but was not provided. Asked for the sauce, and they wanted to open and check the order to make sure. Really! Also no pita bread was provided for the salad. When I informed them it was like pulling teeth to get pita bread. Check your order, this restaurant is very stingy. This was the second time pita bread was not provided with the order. The first time, we excused it, but this time it was too much. Come on...get it together Papa Gyros. The location on Cleveland Ave. has hands up better service. Very disappointed. Also the wait for my order was a half a hour. Poor service. :(

I went on a day that they had a special on Gyros. They were not that busy but I waited over 5 minutes to be sat down. There were others at the takeout counter but workers saw me, never acknowledge me and took people that were standing behind me before they even acknowledged me to sit down. I had to actually go up to a worker and asked to be seated. Martha my waitress was wonderful very attentive and prompt. The food was as good as always they just need to work on their customer service when you come in.

I have never witnessed the awful and mean-spirited customer service like I have witnessed here. The food was actually good(not the baklava was on the stale side) but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. The owner and the manager belittled me and my intelligence and made me feel quite unworthy. If you are a person of color do not go to this establishment. They are very racist and this is coming from a white women.

Stopped in for lunch the other day but never had a chance to taste the food. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and sat at the counter and was told someone would be right with me. Sat there for 5 minutes as workers looked at me. Got up and walked out never to return. My motto is . . . no matter how good the food, if the service sucks I never go back. Seemed like the waitresses were too busy talking among themselves.

Nice environment. Greek salad was excellent with fresh lettuce and toppings. The philly gyro was okay. Pita bread was excellent as was the gyro meat and cheese. But the topping mix of onion and green pepper and mushroom was disappointing as those veggies tasted like a combination of frozen and canned veggies. Especially the mushrooms. That was disappointment since all else was quite good.

No joke. I thought of this last night after getting some gyros. Im not a food nut. I dont stuff myself. Yet I always finish my gyro. Get a kids size... plenty for an adult. Once in a great while youll get a crusty pita. But overall the salads are good, the gyros are great, the sauce is primo. If Im driving through Canton and its lunch time, I stop. Always.

I called and asked if the special they are running I can pick up two orders cause wife cant leave work to get it and I was going to bring it to her they said yes so after I told her I was going to get it then they tell me they cant do that they should have honored it but they didnt .

Been going here since this location opened and also have been at the original location for years. All the food here is EXCELLENT. Staff is very polite and courteous. Never had a bad experience. I will be eatting here for years to come.

We have been eating here for years and love it!. Recently, they made cookies for our wedding and they were excellent! They even had them ready to go on nice platters and were excellent to work with throughout the process!

Terrible service. Sat at the bar waiting for 15 minutes to place and order while all 5 servers walked past me multiple times. I got up and walked out. Dont think they even noticed. Im done here.
