I am giving this review based off of only one visit to this particular location. I give this location 3 stars after visiting it one time. I give Qdoba as a whole 4 stars, after eating at different locations about 7 times in the past few months. I give this location 3 stars because the customer service was somewhat lacking. The cashier, upon asking for chips to go with my entree, did not mention that there is no salsa that comes with the chips unless you pay extra for salsa. Being that this is a "Mexican grill" and most Mexican places give you chips and salsa complimentary, I found it odd and pretty rude that they made me feel as if it was my fault and thay I was stupid for not realizing that my tortilla chips would not automatically come with salsa. To add insult to injury, they gave me the tiniest scoop of tortilla chips to go with my order. Their crew members need to be trained in how to treat customers. Other than that, the food at Qdoba is usually good 4 star quality (that I prefer over Moes Southwestern Grill, but not quite as good quality as Chipotle), and although the quality of meat may not be as good as Chipotle, the taste of the food and the guacamole is as good if not better.

Debated subway or Qdoba and picked Qdoba. Should have went with Subway. My tortilla was hardly steamed/warmed, making it rock hard and the poor guy who was left to wrap my burrito did a horrible job. Not to mention the overload of black beans that were slapped onto my burrito. Not sure Ill be making Qdoba an option in the future. Pretty disappointed.

I am a huge Chipotle fan, and I have heard good things about Qdoba. After trying a steak queso burrito here for the first time, I can say that it wasnt awful. It wasnt Chipotle, though. If Chipotle is too flavorful for you, youll probably like Qdoba. I found that the food here was much better than Moes, for what that is worth.

The staff was amazingly friendly, very personable and answered any questions I had. The food was very fresh and well prepared with a good serving size. Atmosphere was nice. Location was clean. I was very impressed and satisfied with the level of service this location provided.

For me is the best of this type of restaurants, way better than its counterpart Chipotle The food is always fresh, flavorful and the guacamole is delicious! Great to have healthier options like brown rice and it tastes great.
