I was invited to a work function that took place at this location. I dont recall exactly what I ordered but it contained enough food to send a diabetic into a coma. I mercilessly plowed through the first plate as heartlessly as the Spanish mowed down the Native Americans. I had to get a box to take home the second plate that came with my meal. If this restaurant is ANY indicator of what Mexico is like I would gladly take the trip and go HAM on their fine cuisine. P.S. Expect a thrill ride next time you go to the bathroom.

My first three times at one or the other Fiesta Mexicanas were fantastic. I just moved back to Mount Vernon after a long time away, mostly in Texas and Arizona. Ive had quite a bit of Mexican food and Tex-Mex, Ive been to Mexico, and didnt dream Id find this good of a version of the food and atmosphere in little Mt Vernon. I had the fish tacos tonight and, sorry, wasnt quite as impressed. Thats probably because I had a very different style and was expecting that. I will be back. Love the place.

The Service was Great and the Food was Wonderful. The Cooks were on their game, My Husband and I have been going there off and on for more than 15 years ( somewhere around there anyway) and weve Never had a bad meal or a mediocre one, it has always been a great place to go the food was spot on and Full of Flavor not over powering but perfect. Prices there are reasonable especially taking into consideration on how good the food is.

The food was excellent. I had the chicken/beef chimichangas, my companion had steak fajitas. It was a belly-filling experience. Why not five stars? The service was not what one might have expected. We were in a far corner of the restaurant, and the waiter was slow to check on chips, salsa and drinks - and never DID bring the salsa picante I requested. But overall, a good Mexican dining experience.

One of the best restaurants in Knox County. Excellent on every level: delicious, high-quality food with a large menu selection/many options; friendly servers; upbeat yet family-friendly atmosphere. The buffet is a great choice, although I also love the handmade authentic tamales and flan for dessert. What a treat! You really get your moneys worth and more in any visit to Fiesta Mexicana.

No, it is not true that this is the best Mexican food in Ohio. However, it is better than many of the Mexican restaurants found in smaller cities/towns throughout Ohio. Their lunch buffet is very good when you use it to make your own tacos. And, if your interested, they cook up some nice fries.
