Disassociated with the big name Dairy Queen. Looks to be locally owned and operated. Nice service. Reasonable prices. Still has blizzards and ice cream cakes but also has: Burg-rites (unflavored manwich with onion, pickle, ketchup, mustard and slice of cheese on a bun) Foot long hotdogs (add chili, cheese, onions etc.) Slushies (called Slush) Milkshakes, malts, ice cream, sundaes etc. Slaw dog (hot dog with coleslaw on it) Chips, coleslaw and other sides. They do NOT accept the mainstream Dairy Queen gift cards at this location.

This Dairy Queen is independently owned and always very clean. Even though they arent Brazier or Orange Julius franchise, they have excellent food. The employees ALWAYS remember my order, even though I dont consider myself to be a "regular". They also sell ice cream cakes and ice cream bars like Dilly Bars by the box, and you can buy their ice cream by the pint or quart.

We always make a stop here when on the river bike path. I have been coming to this place since I was a young kid. It has barely changed at all. I wish they would reopen that side window where used to be able to order. I am always bummed when they close down each winter...wont be long and they will re open for the season!

The last two times Ive been there, the girls behind the counter are rude. They dont listen, they are bitchy, and they never got my order correct. They wont serve the blizzard upside down, and when you call them on their runny blizzard they give you dirty looks and ignore you. Never going here again.

This is the BEST Dairy Queen around! It had been in my hometown since before I was born. It is the only location near me where I can get a strawberry shortcake, candy eyeballs and chocolate ice-cream. It is the best.
