First let me start with the positive it was very clean inside. Now to the negative. First I was the only person in the lobby and it took almost half an hour to get my order. To be fair the drive thru was rather busy which is why I went inside figuring it would be faster. When I went to pay it was told that the machine at the counter didnt work and she had to ring it up at the drive thru, ten minutes later of watching her like a hawk at the drive thru she still had not brought my card back. Then she started yelling out the window to a truck that was pulling away that he had forgot his card, she was trying to give my debit card to the person driving the truck!!! Of course I spoke up and the "manager" walked over and finally rings up my order and gives me my card back. By now Im on the phone with my bank checking to see if any other orders had rung up on my card which thankfully none had. Now people have bad days I get that but, almost giving away access to my bank account, is in my opinion inexcusable ineptitude.

Food is usual for White Castle, service is absolutely horrible. Could barely understand woman, who seemed angry that I was ordering. Angrily asked for payment when I pulled up to the window, started to give her my card when she shut the window on me, waited a few minutes for her to return. When she came back, she gave me my drink and straw while I gave her my card and she dropped the straw onto the ground and shut the window without apologizing. Ten minutes later, I got my small order delivered to me by a much nicer man, who was very polite. But the treatment I got from the woman was unacceptable. Come here if you want to be treated terribly.

I was sitting at the drive thru i was told hold on a sec so i waited...5 min went by all the cars on front of me were gone so i was talking into the speaker no answer.. parking lot was empty so they had no customers so i continued to talk into the speaker still no answer well after 12 min i drove up to the window as soon as i did a car pulledin behind me they took their order right away i get to the window and they are looking at me crazy had to tell them uh you told me too hold on a sec and that was almost 15 min ago!! Oh sorry is all they had to say.. hmm hmm hmm smh.. beyond ridicules. Im done

some of the workers are GREAT & some are rotten!!!!! there is a lady who has been there for a long time & she is awesome & always nice & if shes there then ur orders right!!! One problem i always come across here is you always have to wait a bit too long for fast food drive thru, if i order easy stuff then i shouldnt have to wait long at all.. i stopped going there b/c of poor service!! this white castle is worst one around, just like the mcdonalds here also..

This is the best white castle ever. I go there every day for coffee and etc. I have met nice and friendly staff and customers. Please remember that the customers some times causes the line to move too slow by not knowing what they want or not having enough money and some times their credit card is out of money. Please keep in mind that the workers are doing their best.

They seem to never get a order correct. You can call the manager or corporate,and nothing seems to get done,but offer you a crappy little coupon. This has been going on for years. It seems that the management,and tte employees does not care about the product they provide or custmer service. I would avoid the Reading,Ohio location. I now will drive several miles away.

Spent 30 minutes in drive thru line. Cars in front of me left. Had to go inside to get order. Nobody could tell me why they werent answering the drive thru. Poor service. What a shame.
