The guy in drive thru only took part of our order which was a #2 with onion rings after we tried to give him the rest of the order he just stopped responding. So we pulled to the window, they gave us the first part and we ordered the rest which was another#2 with onion rings an no lettuce, the GIRL at the window (very pleasant) that took that order said they where OUT of onion rings. We said well what is in this bag then because its supposed to be onion rings as well. The main reason we went there was for the onion rings. We got no onion rings, no onion on the 2nd #2 and a long wait in line (15-20 minutes). The RUDE man (probably the mgr) that took the first part of the order made our experience horrible and caused this bad review. Wished i knew his name to report him!!!

This is/was the absolute worst Sonic drive-thru that Ive ever been to in the entire United States! I do not mean to be ignorant nor bashful! But I must be honest to the customers out there that are spending their hard-earned dollars do not go to this Sonic you will be very upset & frustrated I took my two nephews there yesterday to Dine-in & no one even acknowledge me they walked right pass us! & I had to go to the drive-thru & then even when I ordered they were late with my two milkshakes & a concrete! Customer service is zero to none if that makes any sense so spend your dollars elsewhere & keep on moving & you can thank me later God bless! all & remember to enjoy eating out there!!

My experience at sonic was horrible. I came through the drive thru and some young black guy took my order and was rudely telling someone he doesnt need this job and he aint working no more today. Then he asked me if I had a chicken sandwich and i said no I have a number 3 double burger. He said man whatever and handed me a bag that i thought was a burger. Low and behold it was the chicken sandwich. I didnt take a look at his name but it was around 130 and he was working the drive in at the one on flint river. I ate the chicken sandwich because I am famished and dont feel like returning to the store. Just wanted to let someone know of this horrible service. Thanks

Customer service was Aweful. I orders the number 11 waited a hour asked the young man his name was Henry about my order. 6 cars came an went. He brought my order out 25 minutes later. I asked to speak to the manager about my order. She said it was their fault. After that customer service was very bad. If you have worked in food service an you knw its your fault.....How are you supposed to handle that situation if your customer waited hour an 10min? By the way Princess said she was the manager for the shift. THE PERSON WHO OWNS THIS SONICS NEEDS TO CLEAN HOUSE.

Useless. Absolutely useless. Go to kroger and buy some beef and buns. Make your own damn burger and save the time and hassle. This place is just pathetic. I guess I shouldnt expect anything better from this place, consider where its located. In this economy, there are No excuses to have sorry ass subhuman garbage working for your business. There are more job seekers than jobs... Eliminate the garbage, and bring in some people willing to do their job.

Terrible service had to wait 35min to get my like warm number 1. I paid the young guy at the drive thru (who turned out to be the manager) with my debit card. They charged me 3 times for the same meal I knew this because he took 15 mins to give me back my card so I got suspicious and immediately check my bank account online. Know the General manager Baits says its not them its corporate. Well I will be calling them about this.

The microphone was cutting in/out it sometimes was completely silent during my order. When I arrived at the drive through food window to pay , the person at the food window did not see my order register. We were given crispy chicken instead of grill chicken. Please Fix your intercom system. Time management and accuracy should also be a priority otherwise, your business could continue to loose customers this way.

Very slow to take your order (took 2-3 minutes after we pressed the button), and this was late at night. We finally got or foid after another slow performance, but they left something out. And it took another almost 10 minutes for them to bring us our one missing item. By then our fries were cold. At least the slushes were good, which merits 2 stars instead of one.

No stars deserved!!!......Just lazy!! The only Sonic I go to and buying a bag of ice is a problem just because the workers dont want to prepare the bag of ice......how hard is it?? I would even buy some of the dry, bland food to get with the ice but I will just stick with Chick-fil-a Ive never had an issue buying bags of ice sometimes 2 at a time. Sorry ass Sonic

Best prices in GA, if you want to buy local and dont want to travel across state lines Jakes is the place to go, large selection, helpful staff and a very friendly environment, the ability to scan all the fireworks and see videos right in store makes choosing what you want much easier, love this store and will go back for all my firework needs...

Waited 30 min for a slush...absolutely ridiculous!!! Last week waited in drive thru forever and a day while the employees were inside talking as the line grew longer and longer around the building. I pulled up to the window asking her if they are closed, her reply was no but your drink machines were shut down with an hour left before closing...smh

I go to this specific location at least once a month. I always have a pleasant experience. MY order is always correct and I am usually ordering for 6 people at a time with specific order requests. The order takers and the deliverers are always friendly and polite. I always tip the deliverers because of the good service.

I ordered a Brownie & Cookie Dough Madness Master Blast and this one doesnt look like the pictured Blast. This employee put all the cookies/chocolate chips on the bottom and ice cream on top of it without mixing it. When I finished the Ice cream I saw the bunch of chocolate chips. They should teach her how to do them.

I stopped by today because I just happened to be down the road. I guess there was a computer malfunction, showing my order at a different stall. But the service was still fast and friendly. The girl that served me, Tisha, was so nice and accommodating and friendly. Ill definatly be returning. :)

This sonic has an interesting practice of asking the customer to repeat their own order to ensure accuracy. Then when I repeated it, the team member did not repeat it back to me. Then my order was still incorrect: I receive a medium beverage but asked twice for a small.

Very slow and they dont listen to you when you or ordering Im have to repeat too many times .The order was still wrong .I Will Not be Back!!!!!!! They did correct it but they held on to my Credit card like they were going to charge me again. Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
