If you want poor customer service then I would suggest going to this location and talking with Kim. I have never been so insulted by someone working at a drive through before. Make sure you take a megaphone with you or just deal with someone else all together. I told her what I wanted twice at the speaker I also had to retell her at the window. Then she stated that is not what I ordered, ugh...yeah it is. Then she tried to charge me for the wrong order. She only got part of my order right. Not to mention her cursing at one of her coworkers in the parking lot "I need you to get your ass in here and get back to work!". This is the last time I will ever go to a Checker"s

Poor customer service, my girlfriend and I were walking up to the window and the lady poked her head out of the window and ran to the back, acting like a child. Then another girl came to the window and did not even greet us. The two girls were extremely unprofessional, and dancing around in the kitchen with spatulas in their hands, I have no idea how they got hired here. They were very rude, if they hate their job so much they should just quit. We were the only two people at this Checkers and the bacon on both of our burgers were burnt, I have no idea how you mess up two orders when they are the only two orders you have. Stay away from this checkers, its trashy.

I came, I saw, I left. I literally stood in line outside with 5 others. Th cashier took orders one at a time, but only took the next order after the previous one left. Its like they have one person working. As a matter of fact everytime I come to this checkers I leave in utter disappointment, this time I decided to leave before I was ever served and Im leaving happy.

The service was really slow ,the drink (sprite) was nasty. It took forever to get our food. A chicken sandwich was ordered with a bacon cheddar burger & none of that was given. They gave us two cold double cheese burgers and greasy over cooked fries. They suck and the manager MIKE was there and he does not know how to handle business.

Do not waste your time going to this checkers. They truly ignore the customers. Set in line over 30 minutes at the speaker and nobody would take my order. Then I pulled up to the window and they literally looked at me and still ignored me for 20 more minutes before I just drove off and left!

The employees at this place should work in Bankhead instead of Fayetteville. They are rude and blissfully unprofessional. I love Checkers food, but id rather stay home and cook, than deal with being treated with such disrespect and having to deal with negative attitudes.
