Ive come in twice. Both times I went in the food was great. The servers were delighful. The reason I decided to give this a three star is because, though the servers were nice, the atmosphere was tense. From the moment I walked in both times, the hostess did not seem to want to be there. Her "welcome" did not seem genuine. After sitting down, I watched her seat other people, she would huff and puff and she even gave my table the silver wear from the table behind us because they decided to move and sit at the bar. Though they were still wrapped up, I found that kind of unsanitary and lazy. I felt bad for our server because the table next to us say 6-8 people and the whole time they complained and gave her a hard time, the entire time at kept a smile on her face and did her job. After that table left a buss lady was cleaning the table and literally the entire time, she too was rolling her eyes, shaking her head, and giving exasperated sighs...she caught me staring and said "its just one of those days" I didnt know what to say because not once but now twice I felt uncomfortable and like I WASNT welcomed there. I am a very understanding person and I have worked in the serving and food industry. I know the stress behind it. And I know people have their days. But both times I was there I witnessed this from multiple people from the moment I walked in, throughout my stay. I do plan on going back because I do enjoy the food and the servers have been kind. But I hope next to I arrive there wont be so much negative tension.

This was the absolute WORST dining experience Ive had in a long time!! First, we ordered a drink that was supposed to be a slushie - it was simply a drink with a lot of crushed ice in it. Then I asked to substitute an item on the pick 3 appetizers and was told "that was not an option". When the food finally came out, it was cold, but my daughters plate was so hot we couldnt even touch it! So I tell the waitress and her response was "I brought it out as soon as it was ready." So I made her stick her finger inside the mozzarella stick to feel how cold the cheese was. Her reply - "Oh yea it is." Then we ordered dessert to go - HORRIBLE idea!!! We ordered a brownie and ice cream dessert and an Oreo Madness. The brownie looked like hunk of coal and it was cold. The Oreo Madness came in parts - the Oreo ice cream in a cup (which I had originally wanted to order for my daughter but was told they didnt have any), ONE Oreo cookie crumbled in a cup and some cold fudge sauce in a cup. There were no layers of Oreo crust, nor caramel sauce, as described on the menu. Needless to say, I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy!! That was the worst $42 Ive ever spent!!! NEVER AGAIN - I would rather STARVE!!!!!

This had to be the worst service of any restaurant in my life at this place on 2/19/11. First we have to wait 20 minutes before we even get drinks, then we dont even get straws. Then sometime later the waitress comes back and takes our orders, after we already got our own straws. (which she made no mention of) When receiving our food, none of the vegetables were sauteed correctly, the cheese was over-done and burnt, and my meal in-particular had a grilled tomato with a grilled sticker still on it hidden in the skewer, and I almost ate it! And to top it all off, she never took any finished dishes away during the meal, and only brought new drinks ONCE. Near the end she came by and moved all our dishes to the end of the table, took our money and gave back our credit cards, and when we left the dishes were all still sitting there. All 4 plates, 2 skillets, and 10 glasses, thats ridiculous! This was all while she kept going back to the bar to stand around and wait on drinks because she probably thought she would make more money over there. Rude! I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone EVER, and will tell EVERYONE I know how TERRIBLE it is! Worst service of my life!

I went here for fathers day and first off they were going to cram us 5 in a 4 seat table so I asked if you had a bigger table so she moved us to a bigger booth and when I looked over at the group of servers and I seen ours threw a fit because it wasnt going to be a completely full table, it took forever for any type of service and when when we did get our food my mom had a hair in her chicken sandwich!!!!! The only thing the manager did was offer a free appetizer so we could come back to this sh**hole I would rather you fire half of your staff including yourself because if it wasnt for the tgi Fridays name this place would of been shut down!!!

Wife wanted to come here for our anniversary dinner, so we did. Seemed like the staff were all confused, mass cauos. Wife asked for a milkshake, she was told they dont have them. She pointed out in the menu they do. After ordering, Wife, Daughter, and my food came out at different times. Wifes ribs..cold. Sent back to heat (microwave) them. I ordered the sirloin and Tennessee rib dinner. Loaded Mashed potatos were cold.. no ribs arrived with my dinner. When we finally able to get the waitresses at our table, told her to forget the ribs at that point. For the price.. go somewhere else. SUCKED.

I go here frequently for Endless Apps where I get the chicken wings. Almost always the chicken wings and other apps are cold. I last went to TGI Fridays on Friday, and I mustve eaten a poisoned chicken wing or something because Ive had food poisoning for the last two days. I have also not eaten anything for those two days. So, Ive had no food for two days... Dont worry TGI Fridays, Ill probably be back for more. Dont let me down. Please at least microwave the apps before you serve them. Im sure Jon Taffer from Bar Rescue would not like to see your kitchen, by the way.

Ordered the fried chicken sandwich....they were out of it. It was the only thing on the menu that really looked good. When my significant other and I decided to split the burger and just have the endless apps continue we got a very weird look and vibe from the manager. He said he would "allow us" to do it....? Idk who would order two endless apps for two people...but thats what he was implying we should do. Waiter was awesome though! Music was too loud and too cold.

The food here is terrible anymore. Stop covering everything in honey. I ordered chicken tenders without the honey drizzle and the batter is still disgustingly sweet. Also just poor poor quality food. Drinks are weak and over priced. Some of the special drinks (jalapeño margarita for example) dont have a price but are advertised with a bunch of cheaper drinks, then you find out its $12. Why would anybody go here when theres far better places for way cheaper?

ILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!! FLAT OUT ROBBERY!!!!! The mangers are arrogant pricks & the food is a ripoff. Damn double stack burgers thinner than the single stack. Two of the double stack burger patties weigh the exact same as one single patty but of course the double costs more..... Robbery!!! How dare you over charge me for a damn kids meal burger, I mean McDonalds regular burger patties are the same damn size. ILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.
