I dont recommend this place at all! Its dirty. There were ants crawing on our table. Pat, the waitress, told these three young men that were in the military to leave whenever there was a family that just sat there talking. I understand that there was a line, but that is disrespectful. Yes the men were done eating, but they just finished when she went up to them and told them to leave. But Pat then took about 10 minutes just to clean that one table the military men were sitting. The food was good, but the service was terrible!

I have never had a bad experience with waffle house until tonight. We were greeted nicely when we came in but was ignored when we sat down. Dont know what the problem was but a couple that came in after us was immediately served. If corporate actually reads these reviews watch cams that were positioned in our direction and please tell me what you see wrong with the customer service. We just left for the Blonde girl that worked the zone we were sitting in had no intention of serving us. Very disappointed.

Went here for Christmas dinner. Yes, I know, Im one of those people. But, I tip well for good service. This was not good service. Our waiter was not shy about letting us know he didnt want to be there. Took our order, brought back wrong food, and never came back to our table again. No refills, No nothing. When I go to check out, I wait about 5 min for someone to allow me to pay. Staff seemed more interested in bickering with each other than serving the customers.

Food is Waffle House...so u know its good... but they must be training some nubes because it took 1thousand years to get a seat (alone) even though half the place had just cleared out. Then the food took much longer than usual...and wouldnt u know it those muthafukaas forgot the waffle!!!! You know technically the only reason to go. And the whole time I was there no one cleaned off the used spots... good luck team!!!

First it was not a busy time of the day, very few people. The waitress had to explain multiple times to the cook what the order was, simple scrambled eggs, cheese grits and bacon....nothing to difficult. When the food finally arrived it was cold, cold bacon, cold grits, cold toast. I did not eat it then could not get a manager to the front to address it. Will never return...total waste of money!!

The management there decided to no longer do to pick up orders if their busy. The rude phone girl spent more time telling me about how she didnt have time to take my order then it would have been to just take my order. So now all the area waffle houses have completely lost my business. I work in the service industry and tip well. Dennys will officially have all my business now.

Unfortunately Veterans day was a terrible day to visit. Their Manager left them short-handed with a couple of new people and it took them 15 minutes to take a to-go order that took only 5 minutes to make, but another 10 minutes to package and take my payment, leaving me disappointed with a cold waffle. There are other Waffle Houses nearby, skip this one and find another.

I have never had such a horrible experience at this location like I did today. LITERALLY the worst waitress in the world FeFe! I should not have even paid for my meal, never got a refill on my drink, my scrambled eggs were not even cooked, she completely forgot half my food and never came back for me to even let her know! I will never go to this location again!

Happy 4th of July! What place could be more All American? Great food, coffee, service, price, people, and just about everything in between. An American institution. Thank you for the pursuit of life, liberty, and waffles. Waffle House, for the American people. All others can go to Starbucks next door and get none of all that.

I am shocked they are still in business! I called an order in, but I was asked to call back because they were running a credit card and that caused a bad conneciton. They have greasy food anyway, it was simply a last ditch effort. Dont bother, no matter how hungry you are.

Got in and seated immediately. Order taken and delivered promptly. I ordered the steak and cheese hash brown bowl. It was very tasty and the price wad reasonable. I would definitely order again. Plus our server was friendly and efficient. Great experience overall.

Very unprofessional and will intentionally not answer telephone for take out. These employees must not want to be employed.... I took my business to cracker barrel. Thanks for nothing waffle house on Rosevelt blvd. Will never be back.

The food was ok. But Everytime I go there something goes wrong tonight my friend was really upset with a worker there her attitude. was not good the rest off the workers were fine. It was about 10:30pm. My friend was really upset.

The service was not good at all. The food was good but we had to sit at a dirty table, wait for a server and the the order wasnt complete. They said they were training new people but it still wasnt a place that I would recommend.

The servers in the middle of the night kept leaving and going outside to smoke.. Smoke a lil something more than cigarettes... While I admire and support the cheeba, you shouldnt be doing it at work.. Wash your friggin hands.

Needs a true scrub down. The windows are filthy as you drive by on Roosevelt Blvd. Thats the first sign of how ill kept and ill managed this restaurant is. The windows tell you all you need to know. Dirty and nasty

Good food, friendly service. The iceberg lettuce and tomatoes on my cheeseburger were perfect. I had a waffle for desert. I like how menu shows calories for each choice. Just a nice local place, Im a fan!

We drive over the bridge to go to this particular Waffle House. Even though we have one closer to us we did not enjoy that one nearly as much as we enjoy this one. The staff here is exceptional!
