Three months ago, my family ordered a pizza and it had a hair in it. Knowing "crap happens" it was only once piece that was affected we threw it out and ate the pizza. Two days ago my daughter and I ordered a pizza. We each ate a couple pieces and put the rest back for the next day. When we went to eat the other half we found at least four or five hairs baked into the crust. It was gross. Not only that but we found them by pulling them out of our mouths. I called. The manager said there was nothing they could do because it could be our own hair. Seriously? Our hair managed to bake itself into the crust and under the cheese. Please! I wont be using this location again, and as the next one is pretty far away, my pizza will be coming from Papa Johns. I am amazed by the words the manager had to say. And I will be telling all of my friends and family so that they dont use this store either. Shame on you East of Chicago.

Always been delicious and have had fast service with a smile. Love the prices (use coupons from the portage lakes Gold Clipper), and have been ordering exclusively from this location for 12+ years. Very good pizza, and it blows nasty Dominos, lame Papa Johns and greasy boring Pizza Hut out of the water! Youve got to try the PB&J pizza, and all the deep dishes are wonderful. Very great crust!! Only place Ill even eat the crust besides Italos on Waterloo.

There are a lot of times they are supposed to be open but no one answers the phone. Pizza is really expensive. The only thing I get here is the taco pizza if I happen to have a really good coupon and Im craving it. Not many places make a taco pizza.

Ok I really dont understand why people are hating on this great pizza. First of all "real Chicago" pizza is terrible. This pizza is delicious and fresh. The best pizza chain in all the US as far as I am concerned

Ordered a Sheet pizza for my Birthday Party it was Awful. Even the guest was disappointed. Doesnt taste like East Of Chicago. More like Little Caesars
