The owner here is cheap as HECK. All East of Chicago pizzas price food differently. These want almost 5 dollars more for their large stuffed crust w no toppings. It is 12.99 at most East of Cs. Call and see how much it is here. Good luck dealing with customer service type things. They will treat you like we are over on Copley rd or something where people do not care what the customer says. The owners are clearly cheap. They also wont even respond to the bad reviews left by customers. You might be ok here once or twice but eventually you will be angry with them. Its a fact. ××× to clarify xxxx we had subs that had almost no meat on them a month or two ago. The other East of Chicagos were all the same...lots of meat...except these ones. We complained and were told oh well. Another time we called and they did not know how to find our address....the person on phone was upset at us because they had no idea where hereford was....44313 zip....a friend of ours called to return the food delivered....was told no....another time we called about 15 to 25 minutes before closing time....wanted to do a quick carry out...were told nope...you were closing. Thanks for responding. It was upsetting to see you had not responded to any negative reviews. Try being competitive and becoming a busy pizza place instead of closing earlier than everyone and DRAMATICALLY overcharging customers. You overtime must have lost so much business. I do not understand who is in charge of your analytical monetary advice. The economics (Which I run and family runs multiple pizza locations and other businesses) never end successfully when customers are overcharged. However, you are WAY OVERCHARGING them. Many have already caught onto this in the community. Please reconsider before over time you are permanently closed. ****Changing the review back to 1 star.

Wont be going back. My family and I order from here at least a couple of times a week. O called in order and asked of they had any pizza and wing deals going on. The gentleman that answered the phone said no. Fair enough. I order my stuff and everything is good. Literally 30 seconds after I hang up the phone my wife yells from upstairs "hey I found one" k cool, Ill call them back. I speak to a guy and the 1st question out of my mouth "Was do I need to order online to get the online deal?" He doesnt answer and asks "what one do you want?" At this point he should have answered yes you do. No harm no foul, we would have taken the order I had just made. Here is what happened though. The guy doesnt answer just keeps asking which deal is it and asks me to hold on. Which I do. At no point did I ask for manager I, didnt ask if he could do this just once, nothing like it. A dude named Justin gets on the phone who I can assume is the person in charge at the moment. "Hey we already threw those wings in." I said "ok. So we cant change it?" He said "yeah you can but in the future to get the online deal you have to order online." Ok cool I didnt ask for special treatment. I also didnt ask Justin to get on the phone and reprimand me for wanting a different order. Had your phone guy responded to my 1st question in this story you would still have a customer. If your people are not comfortable telling people how things work they shouldnt be on the phone. It was a simple question with a simple response that required little to no thought. Later EOC

My husband was granted a $10 credit by a manager the other evening because when we ordered a Chicago style pizza last week, it came loaded with onions which we did not order on our pizza because I am highly allergic to onions. Today, we tried to call to use the $10 credit & were told that there were no notes so they absolutely refused it. (Its not like we were trying to get something for free, the order would have been well over the $10 credit) Even more to my amazement the "managers" on duty today were the franchise owners Matt & Tony...yet still refused to honor what their employee promised us. Very rude & defiantly not the way to treat repeat customers, especially seeing as how this franchise just opened its doors in July. Not a great way to treat long time Akron residence that would have continued to order through this location. We will be taking our pizza ordering business elsewhere & will advise others to do the same. This location probably wont be open for long anyway if this is the way they treat the customers in the surrounding neighborhood where everybody knows each other & great customer service & word of mouth is key. Very disappointing!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If I could rate this at zero I would. I ordered food online because I had no phone available. They never showed up to MY apartment. apparently the first guy i spoke with (who was extremely rude) said this was my fault and that the apartment they went to a guy said they didnt order anything. OBVIOUSLY the wrong apartment. Then He said if i wanted my money back I would have to come in. I placed my order online. why would i have to come in. then the guy said Id have to call back at 5:30 when the manager (tony) came in. He hung up and I called back and miraculously, Tony answered- at 3:00 p.m. interesting how I was lied to over and over, and then they wanted to remake my food? I dont think so.

Its kind of a no brainer why this store has almost as many 1 stars as 5 stars. Piss poor delivery time, consistently comes with wrong toppings, and a complete unwillingness to make it right with the customer. If you want reliably good pizza try pizza bogos gourmet specials, and if you want better subs try penn station. Hell, even subway is better.

2 times Ive ordered online...1st time we went to pick it up and they tried to charge an extra $11 so we cancelled....this time we ordered online for delivery....1 1/2 hrs and 45 minutes late to get our food...it was COLD....Pizza AND wings ice cold...you could tell they sat at least an hour as we are less than a 1/2 mile away....NEVER AGAIN...

Ordered for delivery, was told it would be delivered in 45 min. 1.5 hours pass, we call, and are told its been ready for pickup. The woman was not very nice on the phone, and was insistent it had been for pickup. When the order was finally delivered, half of it was wrong, but we were all starving at the point and ate it anyway.

Friendly staff and a wonderful experience from start to finish! The owner is young, full of energy and always has a firm handshake and a smile for you. Tony the day manager is cut from the same cloth as the owner. Did I mention the food was great and we have thrown away all of the other pizza menus in or home FIVE STARS!

My boyfriend and I had this epic stuffed crust pizza from here - The crust, the sauce, the spices...everything was perfect. We ordered a normal pan pizza a few weeks later and it tasted like cardboard and was completely unappetizing. I think theyre hit or miss depending on whos making the food and what you order.
