After working all day on my way home i decided to order outback curbside take out. Spent over $60 on two dinners and the normal side items for my wife and I. We ordered two steaks well done. which they were pink in the center med/med well not cooked correctly. We also ordered 2 side orders of shrimp. After driving 30 minutes back home i found that we did not get the shrimp. Instead we got nasty cold lobster tails in the same box as our steaks needless to say the steaks were saturated with lobster juice. We ate the salads and bread and through the rest away. I called in to talk to a manager cause i was not driving all the way back down there. The lady said oh im so sorry about that i will send you out a gift card in the mail tomorrow. Two weeks later still no card. So i call back and ask 4 a manager again. the guys says yes i think I remember sending them . However i will go ahead and send out another card for you.....two more weeks later and this review is the final service i am left with. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not bother to call back again nor will my family friends or i will never be going there again. I would strongly recommend picking a different location if you want outback. Cause the only special you will get from here is a incorrect order. Thank you outback.

We loved this place, and were regulars. The service and the food was wonderful each and every time. But on our last two trips, the quality has taken a major downturn. Today was our last at this "restaurant". The salads were horrible. Im unsure how they managed to screw up lettuce, but after eating just half of it here I am (an hour and a half later) still having indigestion issues (icky "salad burps" - ew). The bread was just... off. Nobody wanted to finish it. The steak was tiny, and such poor quality that their steak knives had issues cutting it. It was cooked as ordered, at least. The broccoli was unchewable stalks topped with a soggy green mush. And the shrimp (one order overcooked, one not) was reminiscent of chewing a dog toy. We paid for a nice sit down dinner, but we received something that seemed to have been cooked at Golden Corral a few days before. All plates were left unfinished, our main plates barely touched. We are currently sitting at home, highly uncomfortable and so sickened that we have sworn off all food until another day. Some distant day. The server was very nice, though. We feel bad for her. Avoid at all costs.

We ordered carry out for our anniversary because I was unable to sit in the restaurant. We both ordered the bone-in Rib eye and I have to say it was the worst steak I (We) have ever eaten, my husbands steak was even worse than mine. It was seriously 80 to 85% fat and gristle, I did not have one bite which I could chew smoothly. If we would have been in the restaurant we would have sent them both back after the second bite. It was extremely disappointing and we eaten at the restaurant and carry out many many times before and never a complaint. So I warn you; that steak is not good and when my husband picked it up he was told thats our best steak that is awful but I know that it is not true. But after spending $50.00 plus tip and throwing it in trash it was very upsetting. My husband didnt even want the dog to have all that fat and gristle in his stomach!! I cant say I blame him, so in the garbage it went.. it was also raw, it looked beautiful but once you cut in to it..oh my goodness..

The food was great. However, my husband and I were seated in a six person booth during a very slow period. The waitress attempted to move us to a smaller table even though we had said we were comfortable where we were. We were there for maybe twenty minutes to a half hour due to the waitress rushing us. She gave the impression that she wanted us to order quickly, got our stuff ready to be boxed far too quickly that we didnt have time to enjoy our meal. We felt completely rushed out of the place and it was still quiet and slow in the restaurant when we left. I only got an offer for a refill on my drink after it was empty and we had already decided to leave because each time our server passed she gave us what could easily be interpreted as a dirty look. We werent sure if it was because we decided to remain in the booth (we both prefer to sit in a booth by a window anyway) or because we were a young couple dressed comfortably. For this reason, we are not sure if we will return.

This is a good Outback Steakhouse, so if you like chain steak restaurants, then this is the kind of thing you will like. The food is good, service is quick and friendly, the restaurant is clean, etc. I think they slightly overcook their steak, but it consistent, so you can just order a little more rare than you really want. Its closer to Kings Island and Great Wolf Lodge, which is nice. Its a little tricky to get to, but if you get off the main road on almost any entrance and keep heading towards it, youll get there!

This is not my favorite outback location. It is a toss up every time we order what our food will look like. We had been coming here fairly regularly (once every couple weeks) and even though I ordered my steak the same way every time (rare) it would sometimes come out more done than others sometimes to the point of medium. The service was always okay but nothing spectacular. I would say that it seems that things are becoming too routine and are now falling through the cracks.

We went to outback last Saturday to have my gender reveal party. We went to the ultra sound right b4 we got tther and out the results in a envelope so no one new besides ooutack. The staff was great and service was excellent for having 13 people. They did amazing with revealing our babies gender it was a great night. Just about for got they also did amazing with my moms husband who has a pepper allergy.

I am somebody that reads reviews before I go to a restaurant Ive never been to before. I dont know why this store at Mason got a 3.5, but our waitress Savannah H. did a great job. She was very nice, helpful, and polite I would recommend anyone going in and seeing her. I know we will be back to this store soon. By the way the food was great and came out just how we ordered it.

Gezellig restaurant, prima bediening en uitstekend eten. Voor deze prijsklasse een absolute aanrader. Wij kwamen binnen om 21:00 uur en het restaurant was vrijwel vol.

We sat in the bar and our server/bartender was awesome, she gets 4 stars. Im giving 3 stars for the food. It was good, but didnt stand out. Hubby got the burger and said it was good, but dry. (He got it cooked medium)...I got the steak tacos and they were good. All in all, good experience, great service, great company...glad we came

Missing salad dressing, missing butter for the bread, missing everything for the loaded potatoes, and went inside after waiting 2 hours for my 1 hour wait to sift through about 30 bags waiting to be taken curb-side to find mine on the floor. All that and the 3 NY strips were cold, tough as leather, and completely flavorless.
