Only rating one star since I cannot rate a 0. I drove 30+ minutes to try this pizza shop. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and wings and salad to go. I ate a slice of my pizza and didnt taste any extra sauce, I lifted cheese off the pizza in the middle and there was hardly any sauce. I called and asked for s manager explained to the manager I did try a slice and seen there wasnt hardlky any sauce whatsoever. The manager said one moment let me give the phone to the person who made the pizza (confused on why the manager gives the phone to an employee instead) re explained to the employee and she said i did put extra sauce on your pizza. I told her I have no problem bringing the food back to show her, she then proceeded to say Ill put a new one in but I know there was extra sauce on there, and hung up. I then decided I was taking back my entire order due to the customer service i was receiving on the phone. After arriving back to the buckeye pizza shop I asked for a manager and the bartender gave my husband and I a dirty look and for the manager, she(the manager) had grabbed the pizza that they remade and I explained to her that I would like a refund for my order. I showed her the pizza I received and she said the sauce absorbs into the crust thats why it doesnt look like theres much on there. I replied with okay. And received my refund and decided to take my family to Bennys for the best pizza in town with their smoked wings. Ive never heard that the sauce absorbs into the crust. Ive worked in a pizza shop myself and never witnessed the sauce absorbs into the crust nor ordered a pizza with extra sauce and the sauce disappear due to absorbing in the crust. This was my and my families experience at this buckeye pizza shop and I dont believe I will return. Hope the next customer experience is better.

I ordered a cheese steak sub and Italian sub to be delivered..When we received them they were very cold.Our order was wrong so I called back to let them know that my sub was made wrong the lady told me she would call me back and let me know how long it would take to bring me another sub made the way I order it the first time.Well 35 minutes past and no phone call..so I called back and got a answering service..I hung up and then called restraunt direct line.When someone answered I told them what was going on he then put the manager on the phone.He seemed to have a attitude with me but said he was making my sub himself.We hung up and 45 minutes later they delivered my sub.Needless to say I was not very hungry by then and the sub was cold.I will never order delivery from this place again.We have eaten at this restraunt before in the past and food was always very good.But these subs we had was awful and the service and the time it took to get them really was aweful.But the person that delivered to us was very nice.

Great pizza but employees are talking about other employees loud enough where paying customers can hear them also pizza makers are playing outside fooling around when poor Kelly has too do all the work and she needs to be more firm with all employees ect. And it needs to be address. Also i visit their last night for their adversity and was disappointed in the staff they should of been more professional in their surroundings and be more respectful to the paying customers i had to wait 20 minutes for a drafe beer & one coke was going to eat but was disappointed in staff fighting over how many tables one person got and the other did not get it was very distasteful and more importantly unhappy could not eat and i did spend alot of money there and tip well but kelly going to have to set down and have staff meeting with staff most importantly be more organized we still

If you think you are going to go to Family Pizzeria to miss the crowd at Bennys, think again because thats not the only thing you are going to miss. We go in there on a Friday night around 9 p.m. 10 of us, they only enough popcorn to fill one dish and its old, they serve that to 10 people, and then they tell us the grill is turned off so you cant order a sandwich. What a disappointment this place has become. This was Friday night not Sunday evening, I dont think I will be going there again soon.

The management treats their workers like crap, practically verbally abuses them. Food is ok. Over priced though. One time I was in there and heard the manager who messed up a customers order say she wasnt going to remake his sandwich because he wasnt worth the $8 dollars. This place needs to be shut down. The management is a joke.

The best pizza around, thin crust without too much sauce and fantastic cheese!!! The service used to be mediocre at best (except for one person that is probably the cause for the good reviews on service below) but overall that seems to have improved with new ownership.

Would be better if the waitress Deb would not put her fingers in our food and carry the parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper by the tops GROSS!!! she smelled like alcohol! Stop drinking before you go to work its not impressive its disgusting!

The food is great, the beer is cheap and the service is awesome. If youre looking for somewhere fancy this isnt your place but if youre like me and just looking for a casual, laid back place to grab a beer or two after work you cant beat it.

Walmart freezer pizza tasted better than this. I feel like I was getting robbed at gun point when the check was given to me. Water was .75 cents. If you want a cheap trip to Uganda this is the place to go. -5 out of 5

Miss the old owners. Sadly no reasonable food specials anymore. In order words the place is over expensive now. New owners have a good local history, but theyve priced the food like theyre in Dublin. No thanks!

My boyfriend and I ran across this place by accident but we are so glad we found it,,we drive from Fairborn, Ohio to Marysville, Ohio just to get a ham and cheese oven baked sandwich,they are that good

Decided to try after parking lot seems to always be at capacity. Tasty pizza, fresh ingredients. Not a lot of seating so did take away, but will order take out again. Delivery option would be nice.

Tasty pizza, decent prices, broad selection. Can take a bit for your food to come out when its really busy, but overall theyre good. Free popcorn too. Not a bad place.

this is the warmest group of servers in town. they treat our family so wonderful and make it a very comfortable place for young kids.
