I am on with pizzas, but I LOVE subs! And one of the best subs with consistently excellent quality is the Big Don at Donatos. I do not know what they do to or put in to the Big Don but I cannot get enough of them. And Im not alone. Everyone I introduce them to falls head over heels with the Big Don. And theyre customisable. I always order double those hot yellow "banana" peppers. From my experience, and this may just be me, but I think they are much better delivered than eaten in store. I think the ingredients have more time to interact with one another in close quarters & with heat on the drive. Now that doesnt mean the in-store Big Don subs are bad - theyre great! I think that they become even greater after ingredients have had time getting to know each other a bit and mixing flavors together. Did I mention I love Big Dons?

Worse than a mcdonalds when it comes to the accuracy of your order. Ive eaten here twice and they messed up my order both times. They dont understand what extra pepperoni or well done bake means. Quality of the pizza is subpar. Flimsy/soggy even though I ordered well done. They did give me a credit towards my next order, however, their excuse for the order being messed up was, "we have new people making pizza." Dont you think they should have a little supervision or guidance? Obviously they dont think so... steer clear. Actually, Dominos is better than this place..

I had a horrible experience. The manager Mr. Law did not take care of the situation. We placed an order, and part of the order was missing. I tried to have the issue resolved, and Mr. Law expected me to do his job. Needless to say, he did not fix the order, and he failed to call his store manager about the situation. I requested a call back, but he told me that would probably not happen. I tried to call corporate, but that did not go anywhere either as they were closed. Lastly, Mr. Law called me a petty person because I called to tell him my order was wrong.

It has been years since We have ordered from here and todays food was a harsh reminder of why we dont order from here anymore. It took over an hour to get our food and that was with me calling in and seeing what happened. Their excuse was that they only had one driver. If that was the case then dont tell me when I ordered that it would be there in 20-30 min. The food was warm at best, over cooked and so dried out that it was inedible. We wont be going back and I recommend you go somewhere else.
