nice and clean. pretty plain on the decor. tenders are good, but not great. therefore, seems overpriced for what you get. if tenders were bigger, i probably wouldnt be bothered by the price. i usually only come here when i have a coupon. i cane today with my wife and 2 kids. my kids have been here with me before, but the first time for my wife. i didnt see a great value for the 2 kids meals, so i ordered a big combo with add ons. my kids love the garlic bread. my wife found her meal ok, but nothing special. 4 stars for cleanliness and friendly customer service. 2 stars for value.

Disappointed big prices small portions. Asked for honey mustard and girl argued with us that additional .39 cents for it. Wow we dont Like the tender sauce and never did get the 2 packs we asked for. Hope they do t have to shut the doors over .39 cents. Had maybe 8 French fries in each meal . Wont be going back. You can buy the same chicken salad at Sams Club

Hearty meals at great prices. The staff has always been friendly and the restaurant is very clean. The only thing I would change is to have the soft drink fountain out where customers can access it themselves like the Beechmont location. Ive tried Raising Canes to see how the competition matches up - Tender Towne is better.

Best chicken tenders anywhere. Forget Raising Canes, Tender Towne is much better, the chicken, fries, sauce and slaw are all worlds better. Toast is about the same. I also prefer Pepsi products, so this is another deciding factor for me. Its a little more expensive than Canes, but I love local businesses.

I take off a star for the way the menu is set up. I dont like their combos. I also dont like the way they sell you the sauce and only have a couple different options. But the chicken is good. We have started just buying individual chicken fingers instead of combo meals.

So many chicken places going up! Very similar to Slim Chickens and Raisin Canes. I like their wedge fries and the buffalo sauce. Texas toast is good, havent tried the Cole slaw. The chicken is really nice, the breading is pretty thin and its usually super hot.

Very, very great place. Service is wonderful. Im a regular now where they know exactly what I want. Foods always satisfying. Clean as well. Sauces are great. Buffalo sauce is my favorite. Highly recommend TenderTowne to anyone that enjoys fresh, hot chicken.

Management was very rude to enployees. He thinks customers dont hear how he treats them. He had one employee in tears. It was very horrible to witness. Im trying to get in touch with the owner this is horrible behavior. Will not be back...

In terms of fast food I love this place, amazing juicy tenders, theyre custom sauce which tastes like a ranch base it delicious, and the tender dog specifically is my favorite, super soft buns, yummy pickles, just perfect.
