A hidden gem in downtown Dayton. Had no idea until a few months ago that in the lower level of the Talbott Tower there was an place underground just a few feet off the sidewalk where all ones Cajun food dreams come true. After heading down the stairs the place is comfortable and surprisingly large. The chicken is always on point, chopped to order. Everything from the chicken and fish to the sides has a lot of kick - blackened means just that. Almost too much at times, but I like a lot of spice. The chili dogs are also fantastic, and stupidly cheap - portions are quite generous across the board on the menu. This place, along with Agnes in the PNC building are both great places often unknown even by the more adventurous downtown that should definitely be experienced.

The food is amazing. Very accommodating owner, he let us try each of the varieties of chicken before we purchased. All of the chicken was delicious! Price is incomparable for the quality. My friend drank the bourbon sauce left in his bowl like milk. So good

Took a bit to find the place but well worth it. Theres a small sign on the pavement and its in a hallway and down a stairs from there. Really friendly owner and the food is super tasty. Will be back.
