The KFC/Taco Bell on Tara Blvd is perhaps the WORST “fast” food establishment I’ve ever visited and foolishly had the nerve to revisit. The staff is incompetent, too young and playful, and the establishment never has the items they advertise that they sell. At my first visit, they had no grilled chicken prepared and weren’t willing to offer to prepare any. “We ain’t got no grilled chicken, sir. Can I offer you original recipe?” I responded, “No. Put some grilled chicken on; I’ll wait.” During my 30-minute wait, I had the displeasure of hearing the KFC associates tell other customers in the most uneducated-sounding, broken English, “We ain’t got no mo thighs,” and “ We ain’t got no mo nacho cheese,” and “We ain’t got no mo mild sauce,” and finally, “We ain’t got no mo Dr. Pepper.” Eventually, I got my grilled chicken. I foolishly visited the establishment a second time after receiving coupons in the mail announcing their recent remodel and including special offers. I brought two coupons to the store only to hear that I could only use “one coupon per transaction.” “Ok.” I said. “Let’s do separate transactions.” The KFC associate says, “No. I meant one transaction per visit.” I kindly asked to speak to the manager. The simpleton manager goes on to say the exact same thing the previous associate said, “Only one coupon per transaction.” Again, I offered to do separate transactions. The manager said, “No. I meant one transaction per visit.” “Would you suggest that I leave the store and go through the drive through in order to use my other coupon?” I asked. “Do you take snapshots of each customer who uses a coupon?” The simpleton said, “I don’t understand what you mean.” I went on to explain, “Suppose I had come in earlier today with a coupon. I’m now back, some four hours later, to use another coupon. Would you tell me that I can’t use my coupon because I came in four hours earlier and used a coupon?” He said, “Sir, I’ll make this exception for you today.” Should I really have to go through this nonsense with a manager? I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. Honestly, I’ve come to the realization that this type of abysmal customer service is common place in metropolitan Atlanta, and as soon as I can leave, I should.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. All I want is a pot pie!!!! Ive gotten a pot pie one out 5 visits. The last visit I compromised and it ended up being the worst of them all. They got my order wrong after not having pot pies, the young lady that was in the drive thru kept telling me the price that I owed cutting me off and rushing me without any concern about my order being wrong. I just go ahead and take it at this point and as I pull off I realized that she forgot my drink. I have to pull over get out my car and go inside. Im standing at the counter and nobody says anything, then the Young lady that was in the drive thru comes to the front and I have to call her to get her attention. I told her she forgot my drink, I guess she goes and check the ticket and comes back and says I have to order one cause it wasnt on the ticket. After all that you still trying to charge me for a drink... Whoever owns this location, I can guarantee their not getting their maximum profits and full economic potential due to horrendous customer service. You need to get them people out of there!

The worst KFC & Taco bell. The service is horrible no matter the time of day. No matter how clearly you speak they will still mess up your order? They also have a whole bunch of high-school chaps working here which are surrounding neighborhood teens. They work really slow and one smelled like marijuana. One openly gay black young male rudely walks up to the young girl at the register who doesnt half-way know what shes doing and interrupts her to tell her something while off topic while shes taking an order that shes already messed up 3 times. This is the only one in the area besides driving a few miles down, besides going to Griffin or Jonesboro. The inside of the restaurant was also a mess. No offense but it needs more than new management. They need to fire everybody and start fresh. The drive-thru line is always long as f***. I hate that my spouse likes the chicken Potpies here. Which they barely have, the other day I sat in the drivethru line for 24 minutes only to be told they didnt have any... POTPIES MY GOODNESS!?!?

There is simply not a rank low enough for this KFC. I cannot began to tell you how disappointed I have been with the products they choose to serve people. I have had soggy Mexican Pizzas, stale shells for Mexican Pizza, a Pot Pie that tasted sour , and tonight grilled chicken that was so over cooked and dry that I had to throw the complete breast in the trash. When I attempted to call regarding the food, I was constantly connected to a fax machine. I know the food was visible when they took it out of the cooker and when they put it in the box to give to me. Unless the people are complete blind, they knew it was bad when they had me pay for it and then served it to me. This KFC needs new night management and crew or a new owner. The service is always pleasant.

This KFC/TacoBell SUCKS! They mess my order up everytime! And they take forever to take your order and to fix your order. Then they stop serving chicken an hour before KFC closed so the employees can take it home to their family. We love the bites but they always overcook them making them hard. This location is BIG disappointment!!!! We have to go to this location because it the closes to our house the other is 7 mile further. But we will be driving the 7 extra miles now because we are not WASTING our money at this KFC anymore. Wish I could give them -5 STARS!!!!

Very bad experience at KFC this afternoon for lunch Greg was very very rude two more than just one customer he gave me a cold ass sandwich that have been sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes then a man came out of the bathroom and touched on my sandwich when I went up there to go get my food the man told me it was fresh he had just set it out there not knowing I was all the way in the back watching my sandwich the whole time Im very disgusted and will not be returning back to KFC ever in life until they get it together

Service was way to slow it took around 25mins and then on top of that they gave me the wrong side item. The cashier needed help but management failed to take action and get her some help with the KFC orders. But all the taco bell orders they had someone to assist her which left everyone who ordered KFC wondering why they were skipping over us. This visit to KC/ Taco Bell was the worst service I have ever received at KFC.

Worst experience ever....came to the drive through and good was not only wrong but cold. Came on the inside that was know better. I sent the good back twice. Manager was nice. Cashier on the front counter ringing up food and preparing food with the same gloves on. Never again will I eat here again.
