Came across three employees. First the pharmacy...the lady said I was at the wrong counter, she should have pointed to the counter I needed to be at, but, a rude attitude and frown instead. Then the girl who I thought was the pharmacists, was my clerk, she wasnt only rude by answering questions as brief as possible, but acted like a drill Sargent with her card machine. Listen lady, I just was getting eye drops not the dangerous, addictive pills you shell out. Finally, the most impolite man who rang my groceries you are a little as#ho!;......you smashed my bread with frozen items and was a complete jerk....

Because the guy that owns it is lazy and all he does is walk around with a feather duster doing nothing and the manager is an a****** because he wouldnt take my word that I spent $3.19 on some olives it went bad in less than a week he must have thought I asked him for $300,000 instead of $3.19. I didnt want the money I wanted some fresh olives that were rotten.

This is a nice location, it has a giant eagle cafe with spacious seating and great chicken. It also offers a wide variety of foods, they also have a Redbox and Pepsi and Coke machines, the only downside is the entrance where the doors are crooked.

This Giant Eagle is very clean & the staff are great! Their Fuel-Perks program is wonderful, saves money to shop there. Louisville doesnt have too much of a choice when it comes to grocery stores, but the prices are pretty reasonable.

Excellent giant eagle, has a great hot bar and deli for lunch. Great selection of fish and fresh meat and very good ethnic foods aisle. Always perfectly clean and plenty of organics.

Great store, VERY helpful employees. Sometimes when I am in a hurry it would be nice if they had self checkout station. Its a smaller store so I assume its not worth the investment.
