I have gone to NODA Bodega a couple times for sandwiches and am astonished by how long it takes them to prepare simple sandwiches. When I arrived today, there was no line and I placed my order right away. The employees did not move with any sense of urgency and spent about twenty minutes preparing my sandwich. The time wouldnt bother me if the employees were making involved sandwiches, or if there were other orders in the queue before mine. What frustrated me most was what supposed to be a warm toasted sandwich, was room temperature by the time I paid. This is not the first or the second time I have been disappointed by Bodega. Definitely not worth the price!

Went here for the first time yesterday with my mother. We both had the caprese which was fabulous! We have incredibly different tastes, but we both agreed that this sandwich was awesome. She also enjoyed a couple of beers. A storm came while we were there and everyone was very friendly and talking with us. We will be returning. We also took to go sandwiches, grilled cheese, Chipotle pimento, and the Reubens, all were fantastic!

So slow. The old location was quaint and well run. I have been to the new location twice, and they take an excessive amount of time to prepare the food. I understand fresh takes time. But 30 minutes for one chicken melt is too long. My lunch break is only an hour and I will not be wasting it here anynore. Staff was very chatty... with each other. They hang in the kitchen and produce 1 sandwich per 10 minutes.

Love The Bodega in NoDa on 35th St. The sandwiches are outta this world! Seriously good bread and just the right amount of stuffing. Also, the Chipotle Pimento Cheese is super good. They carry a great variety of beer and wine, plus chips, candy, beverages and Guava Love spreads.

Best breakfast not just in NODA but in Charlotte! This place is a hidden gem. If you have not been you have to go. The food and service is amazing and wish there were more places like this around. Keep up the great work

Awful service - there was only about 3 people in line, took the orders of the people in front of us but then refused to serve us since they just decided to switch the kitchen over to lunch well before 11am on a Sunday.

Great spot if youre in the area. Its a little expensive for just a sandwich, however, they were filling and tasty. Chips and drinks are a la carte. They have a small coffee and beer selection as well.
