Was looking forward to the place opening up as it was the same owner of Grafton Inn.... What a complete waste of space, time and money! I thought the interior was too crowded with tables and chairs and just exceedingly gross. If they would have spent the time and money on the seating and floor area that they spent redoing the bathrooms, it would have been nice to look at. I asked for a menu and was handed a cheap laminated sheet with a VERY skimpy food selection. I asked the waitress if they were going to incorporate some of the menu from the Grafton and she said no... Such a shame. I figured Id play it safe and ordered cheese sticks. When they came out I was gobsmacked. They make White Castle cheese sticks look like filet mignon. I wouldnt have fed this to my dog. A pretty new bar and new tvs do not a good business make. The only good thing I can say about this place (aside from the new, clean restrooms) is they seemed to have a decent selection of microbrews. After having experienced the owners former bar (Grafton Inn), this was like entering a third world country. I will NEVER go back.

I chuckle at the reviews. I live close so this is a frequent stop. Clean, yes. Great food, not gourmet or chef driven but everything here taste great. 2 things to note. Look up.. concrete block ceiling! Very cool. The down side is the wait staff do there job but not small talk, not personal, seems they are always busy taking care something else and you are a job to them. But it is well staffed and service is fast. Just not that hometown feel you may like.

I wont lie but this place started out as a bit of a dive but the new owner from Grafton Hall knows what he is doing. Great beer selection from Michigan breweries and the burgers are delicious. The addition of the enclosable patio adds much needed room to the usually crowded indoor area. Plenty of tvs for watching sports. Bikers love the bar as well. Great place to mingle out relax.

The most awesome people that own Northside and everyone that works there. You cant find a more personable people. Food is great and the way they treat their customers make everyone in such a good mood. We go to all the car shows and participate with our own car, its fun and you meet all your friends. Its our number one place to go with our friends.

Great food and a large selection of draft beer. They always seem to have angry orchard on draft as well. Sundays are pretty quiet, so you can enjoy your visit. Fridays are very busy.
