The only reason this place got 2 stars was because of our server. Took 7 minutes to seat us as Dimitre stared blanky at the dining room looking the abundant seating as if they were busy and we had nowhere to go. When we finally sit down, it takes 45 minutes from the time we order to get our onion rings and 2 orders of boneless, only for them to be lukewarm. Then Jeff H, the best manager this place has to offer, tells me that if I eat my cold wings Im paying for them, as if I have another 40 minutes to wait - he tells us 2 minutes for new wings and thank goodness it is 2, because if it were any longer he would have worn whatever he brought out. They were in the holding area so I just wonder whose wings he took to give us these "fresher" ones. If it seems like Im coming off as a supreme dick, its because I am. No one is going to tell me Im paying for crappy food after you make me wait for it. I had absolutely no confidence that he would have brought out better ones after my experience, and you know I wouldnt have been been mad if he did NOT tell me I was paying for cold food if I wasnt interested in waiting again. His approach alone ruined the majority of my experience. Not how you handle guests whove been waiting 40 minutes when they are well aware your average ticket times are 12 to 15. I was frustrated and hungry and he made it worse, forget the fact he fixed it. Our waitress told us she would take it off, and he made the executive decision to come out and tell me "Ill get you fresh ones, if you eat those were charging you for them". I paid for them either way JEFF, you dense turd. Tabitha took care us. She offered to get the other manager, we declined, and because of the wait, our food cold, and Jeffs brilliant guest service, she took them off anyway telling us "he can yell at her, this was the right thing to do". Jeff, you better not yell at her at all. Everyone in the restaurant industry says millenials are killing casual dining - heres another thought for ya BDubs, take a look at your managers and if i were you Id start second guessing those studies. Its called "suicide", and youre about an inch deep. All I wanted to do was come support my friend Egypt.

Customer service - POOR Management - EXTREMELY POOR Food Preparation - THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO COOK WINGS CRISPY. Placed order by phone at 7:19pm (I attempted at 7:18pm but was hung up on) Paid for order at 7:33pm and received food well over the 5 minutes promised. More like 10 minutes. Called at 7:43pm and requested manager. Put on hold. Called back at 7:46pm and demanded manager after no one ever came back to the phone. Told manager that Id like my money back because I didnt feel like waiting. Manager said that I wouldnt have to wait because they already have wings down for other customers so it would be easy for her to get my super crispy all drum traditional wings ready with Parm-Garlic sauce. I walked in the door less than a minute after getting off the phone with the manager. She offered my 10 additional free wings because she said that it would take 7 minutes for my wings to be cooked. As I waited I was approached repeatedly by the takeout workers asking me how much more time I wanted my wings cooked. MY RESPONSE: IF I KNEW HOW TO COOK MY WINGS I WOULDVE SIMPLY BOUGHT SAUCE TO PUT ON THEM. DUHHHHHH!!!!!! How without seeing the wings could I possibly tell them how long to cook them. As 8:10pm approached I requested the manager 3 times in the take out area (manager never came) and then I walked to the bar and had one of those servers get the manager. When the manager finally showed up with my food. I had already wasted an hour. When I get in the car and check my wings THE 10 FREE WINGS THAT THE MANAGER PROMISED ME WERENT THERE!!! I called immediately because I never wanted to wait I WANTED MY MONEY BACK. The manager LIED and stated that she didnt offer me 10 free wings but that she said that it would take 10 extra minutes. I told her that she was a liar because if she had told me it would take 10 extra minutes I wouldve gotten my money back instead. And it didnt take 10 extra minutes. It took a half an hour. I felt like a hostage!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

So I was a little concerned when I got there as I forgot it was the start of March Madness... And it was a Friday. Entrance was packed and was told 20min wait. Not too bad for after 7pm in Canton on a Friday, so I decided to wait. The wait was a little longer, but not to the point where I was upset. We were Sat in the bar area which is always a little loud with the TVs during sport events but you have to expect that... It is a sports bar after all. :-) the table was freshly wiped and wet when we sat down.Our waitress Lisa was very nice and before I even asked for a napkin to dry it, she was already on it! She took our drink and app order. When she brought our drinks we placed our food order, knowing it was going to be a wait on the food. App was to us in about 5 mins, maybe less and was pipping hot and fresh. Food came about 15mins later and was great! Again Lisa was on it and as when she placed the food I started to ask for extra napkins and like a mind reader she placed them on the table. My husbands poboy sandwich had so much shrimp in it he had to just eat it like a salad. My wings and buffalo chips were perfect with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Needless to say i went in with apprehension and came out pleasantly happy and full! Please keep up a level of service like this and keep people like Lisa; she is a great waitress and what could have been a bad visit with all of the people and chaos she handled like a AllStar!

The waiter I had was horrible. He didnt listen to us when we ordered. He added food to someones order that the person did not get. He was rude, and used slang words I didnt appreciate him using while in front of me. One of my friends ordered mango mash wings and got mango habanero, then asked the waiter if He has ever tried the mango mash and He stated...no Ive never tried the mango habanero before its a new sauce. And my friend said I didnt order that. Then tried to say there was no such thing as mango mash and to show him where its at on the sauce meter, so my friend showed him it was on the extra little menu that was with the actual menu. He was asked to take back food and re do it but took it back to the kitchen and had them add chicken to something then brought it back within not even 2 minutes. My wedges were supposed to have cheese on them, I asked him to remake them. He then comes back with 2 minutes and it looked like the cheese was added to it and put in some kind of microwave. The cheese was hard on the side of what it came in. We were all very unhappy with our visit and there was 4 of us. Very unhappy. I will NEVER come back again.
