Awful. Straight awful. My family did not quite enjoyed the pho as it was watered down. I decided to feast on the number 30 which included beef and two shimplings over cold noodle and a lettuce mixture. The shrimp was actually quite remarkable the down side was that I could only enjoy two of the shrimplings. The beef was loaded in fat not to my liking!! There was an egg roll included but it definitely not my cup of tea! Below average! The overall dish had close to no flavor because of the lack of meat. This is actually a zero star review

I have ordered take out from here many times. The food is fresh and delicious. I have had the Bahn Mi, Pho, Calamari, and the Vermicelli Noodles. I have not had something I didnt like. I highly recommend this place!!!! This is also a wonderful family business. I once went in to pick up food and saw a sign that said they would be closed for a week because of a family vacation. To me, that is priceless and only made them better in my eyes.

The food is amazing. If you havent tried this place you need to. Dont worry about the serving staff being "rude". They are just in a hurry. If you read the menu and tell them exactly what you want, youll get it and it will be great. For americans I recommend ordering the traditional pho, but ask them not to include tripe (if youre not used to tripe you wont like it). Service can be kind of slow, so I dont recommend going here on lunch.

This place has the worst service ever. We asked for 2 glass of water. Waited for 30 min. Our food came out and and still no water. Told the waiter that we are still waiting for our water he responded that we never ask for it. When we finally got our water. There were still lipstick stain from previous person and little chuncks of something in the glass. Avoid this place at all cost. Will never return here.

The food was still wonderful, but the staff could use some improvement. Both cashier and waiter are not friendly at all. We love the food, but I think peole play bigger part in a restaurant business than food itself. I know people can have a bad day, but no sense to take it out on your customers. We used to come here 2 or 3 times a month, I guess it is time to find new place to eat.

Our first time coming here. Pho was standard. The worse part was the server guy. My mom ask if they have any soysauce he literally shoved squid sauce at her! He could at least tell her they dont have soysauce and Ignored her later on. He also got in my brothers personal space without saying "excuse me" He was just cold and unprofessional.

Decent food, but wont be back due to rude staff. By rude, I mean very rude! I took my mom here for Mothers Day and this was her first (and probably last) experience with Vietnamese cuisine. If you want better food and a friendly staff, drive a few minutes to Pho 96 in West Chester. You will not be treated like a nuisance there.

This place has exceptionally rude service nobody ever has a warm welcome to give you I ordered a pork chop rice special and asked for a side of soup and she give me a disgusted face and proceeded to tell who ever was in the kitchen throw the soup for in this coffee cup I dont know what he threw in it but this what I get

The service is very prompt. I recommend ordering an appetizer and waiting a little while before ordering your main course otherwise both are likely to arrive at the same time. My experiences are that it takes them less than 10 minutes to bring out your order. The prices are very reasonable and the food is delicious.

Server was friendly enough but we never got any drink refills or even checked on after receiving our entrees. I ordered meatball pho and my meatballs were unpleasantly tough, and the broth was unremarkable. When I went to the counter to pay (never got a check) the woman there was brusque. I dont think Ill be back.

Pretty good pho restaurant. Service was fast despite the full lunch crowd. Wish my pho tai had more beef and veg in it but the broth was excellent. The bean sprouts that came on the side were wilted but I dont expect super fresh sprouts in the middle of winter.

Had amazing Brisket Phở, spring rolls and a Piña Colada smoothie. The only thing weird about my order was the smoothie. Great taste but it had little black balls of bubble tea things, which I got tired of eating after a while! Otherwise, I had a great meal.

Best spring rolls ever. The sauce is wow, the service is outstanding, I spent 9 years in vietnam 1963 thru 1972, Pho Kimmey is truely authentic Vietnamese Food, prepared by world class cooks, we discovered kimmys a month ago and today is our 6th visit.

I absolutely love this place! I usually go at least once a week as I work close by. The Pho is delicious, but they have a variety of other dishes as well if Pho isnt your thing. Definitely worth a try if you like Vietnamese food.

The Pho, Boba Tea and Bon mi sandwiches are excellent! Seasonal Hint: for peeps with a cold, stuffy sinuses or aching allergies, a nice hot bowl of Pho is a great meal to alleviate those pesky pressures!

Authentic Vietnamese food. Atmosphere and service is also "authentic". Reminds me (an American) of the real Asian diners locals would eat at in Thailand or China (Ive not been to Vietnam.

I love coming here. Pretty authentic pho in a quiet environment. Great for lunch out with friends. Their rice and noodle dishes are also stellar, and they even have boba!
