I am a huge biryani fanatic and when I found out from some people at work that this place had really good biryani....I decided to give it a try! My friends and I ordered a lot of food items with me ordering the chicken biryani (of course!). Now- this food is nothing compared to what Ive had at other Indian restaurants. It is really really bad! And they are waaaaaaayy over priced! $13.00 for chicken tikka masala? Uh yea... NO WAY! But this wasnt even the worst part! After a couple of hours when I was at home...I got the shits.....I got the shits from eating at this place. I wasnt the only one. One of my other friends who had eaten a meat curry (I think it was chicken saag) got the shits too. NEVER AGAIN am I coming back here! I am actually surprised I didnt call the health department on them...

As of September 2016, its not quite finished. The lunch buffet was delicious on the weekday I visited. Immediately after sitting down to enjoy the food the AC poured into the floor of the center of the dining room. Some of our centerpiece flowers still had stickers on them from the store. These are growing pains of a new restaurant. If its still line this in 6 months, start worrying. But aside from dampness this is a beautiful dining area with attentive staff. And that goat curry was amazing. Theyre making it daily now! Go visit and get them the money they need to make a truly exceptional Indian restaurant.

Went for the buffet around 12:30. Greeted in a friendly manner. Seated quickly. Buffet was hot and had a variety of food that covers mostly everyones lunch appetite. Food such as butter chicken, tandoori, chicken, biryani and also mixed veggie curry, spinach and mushroom, and paneer. They had much more as well. Very fairly priced and I was very pleased afterwards with the experience all around. Im from New Jersey and lived next to Oak Tree Road (notorious street full of Indian/Pakistani Stores) so Ive seen my fair share of great South Asian food, safe to say I can add this to my list.

My husband and I were here for business event nearby. It was snowy and cold. Kumar was an excellent host and recommended some dishes that were just amazing. The Lamb Chettinadu was tender and flavorful with slow steady warmth from the spice. My husband had Goat Balti and enjoyed it. It was a flavor packed dish. The rosemary and the garlic naan was the best EVER. Exceptional meal and wonderful, kind service. We will be back next time in Columbus. Thank you Kumar. You made our evening. Peace.

We had a really bad experience here tonight...they took more than 30 min to serve our order which including just 3 rotis, a curry and vegetable biryani. Other food had no taste too. The vegetable biryani had no salt in it whatsoever...it screwed our family dinner plans big time. The owner/ manager felt very sorry about the whole thing and didnt charge for what we ordered. It was nice of him and thats the only thing NICE here - atleast tonight.

Definitely not the best indian in columbus. Their food is awful, and ive been here 2/3 times. Its a hit/miss with this place. Some dishes are good but most not so much. The spices are way too much. There is absolutely no flavor to the dishes. Its like the chef just dumped everything he could find to see what happens. And we had a team lunch here and again.. same thing.

Im a novice when it comes to Indian but this place was very well organized and the decor was elegant. The food was as amazing as the customer service was. I have never had a server bring additional food items and sauces to my table and then tell me all about where they came from and why they taste so good. Prices are very reasonable as well.

The food is the best Of the Indian restaurants near me. The garlic Paan is exceptionally good. The Korma chicken sauce and the Masala sauce are unbelievable - they prepare the sauces perfect every time. The waitstaff is friendly and accommodating. They are happy to add delicious raisins and cashews to my Korma- my favorite treat.

I love chicken tikka masala and this place has the best! The buffet is good but I cut to the chase and get my favorite when I go here. Friendly staff w the typical Indian beers like flying horse and others. They have a fried food sampler that my wife gets which she likes but isnt crazy about it like I am of the tikka masala.

GOOD SERVICE and VARIETY OF WARM FOOD ON BUFFET but PRICEY Good variety of food on the lunch buffet. Food was warm and tasty. I <3 the mint sauce. The only reason it wasnt a 5 was because it was a little pricey for lunch buffet

I really enjoy their buffet, but my wife lives for it. Weve rescued many a lousy day with a quick lunch at Kohinoor. The food is great and they keep the options varied for us regulars. I strongly recommend you give it a try.

This is by far the best Indian food in Columbus and I have been to almost all of them. If you like south indian food, this is the place to go. Very friendly, readonable price, and the chef has a good handle on spices.

Ive been to ~5 Indian restuarants since moving to Central Ohio and this is the best so far. Food is very good and service was good too. I do find the Indian in this area to be above average and Ive had it all over.

Worst Sunday lunch buffet I ever had. Items were very less and they are not refilling it quickly. Chicken biryani and Kabab(tandoori chicken)were tasteless. I asked for naans and they asked me to wait for 15-20 mins.

I get the Tikka Masala every time. Big portion of the meat and sauce and of the rice it comes with. Super nice staff and always a good meal.
