Upon walking in I count seconds, in good business you have 15 seconds to greet a customer; instead, It took 43 seconds to be greeted after multiple employees made eye contact with me and didnt say high (Diamond and Clarrisa). That felt awkward walking into, give I counted 7 employees staffed at the time. Food was served quickly and store was in excellent condition! Id come back but recommend being prompt and smile at all times, customer service folks!

The staff member (who I believe is also the manager) who works the drive through window is extremely rude to customers. When Ive gone inside to order (to avoid him) Ive witnessed him yell and berate his staff for seemingly no reason. This guy is is a real piece of work. I recommend going next door to Canes.

Great KFC, I have only had an issue with freshness once, and they quickly replaced it. Employees are nice, bring your food out to you, and chat if they arent busy.
