I stopped in on a Sunday for a quick, cheap bite. It took a little longer than what seemed reasonable to get the order in and actually get my food, but hey, stuff happens. Where it got ridiculous was waiting to get my check. I sat there for a good 15 minutes before I had to just walk up the the register and ask for my check. I get it, and its definitely too high. All I had was a small entree off the 10 for $6 menu, and the final bill was about $8.70. The server had rang up my order as the individual components of the meal a la carte instead of ringing up the meal itself, and I had to argue with the cashier about it. "Your bill is $9, sir" "No, its $6 + tax, the server rang it up incorrectly, you could just look at your menu and easily see what it should be" All the cashier had to do was look at the menu, where he could see everything was supposed to be $5.99, but he didnt. He did eventually get a manager who solved the issue, but the cashier made me feel like a cheapskate for having to argue to get the price that was quoted on the menu. Of course through all of this the original server was nowhere to be found.

I have tried over and over again to give this place a chance. I would like to keep my business in Lebanon since I live here. I will be going to the Next One Up The Road. 15 minutes 20 minutes doesnt matter to me. They constantly get orders wrong. They always misjudge time frames if you have a carry out order. This place is pathetic. I should not feel like I need to check my order for accuracy every single time I go to a resturant. I love Bob Evans but this staff is pathetic. Managers and normal staff alike. I have tried the different shifts as well morning and night. Bob Evans corporate should be appalled at how this store performs. Restaurants such as this gives Bob Evans a bad name. People will still go here Im just trying to reach the ones that read reviews. Please fix the staffing issues.

I keep returning here hoping it will get better but it gets worse. If you order carry out it will not be ready in time. If you leave notes they will not be followed. Your order will be wrong. I ate in today because this location can not complete a carry out order. My chicken was burnt black on one side. It takes real skill to burn chicken on a griddle. You have to forget about it for awhile the cook who thinks it is ok to serve such food and hide it needs to be retrained. avoid this location at all cost

Bob Evans has been a long time favorite of mine for my whole life. I am sad to say that the Lebanon Ohio store has lost me as a customer. The last THREE times I have gotten carry out from this location they have screwed up my order. They have even gone so far as to completely give me the wrong order on one occasion. It is to bad that they do not value the customer enough to confirm an order as they pack it up and send you on your way!

Went fishing at Caesars Creek in the morning with a friend we stopped at Bob Evans in Lebanon, Ohio. We had breakfast there before going fishing. Both of our breakfast were great no problems. We waited for them to open while we sat in our car for 15 minutes. They open at 7 a.m. we had a great meal and then we went fishing. I think you all would enjoy this Bob Evans at the Lebanon location very friendly people and very good food.

Bob Evans gets worse and worse every time I decide to give it another chance. Cooked my eggs wrong, bacon was gross and soft, hash browns were flavorless and mushy, everything is coated in a layer of some oil that I can only assume is unhealthy. Also, out waitress disappeared for literally 30 min and we had to go to the counter and tell them what we ordered so we could pay. Stay away from here and go somewhere else.

Easy to get into, sufficient parking, seldom wait very long, once seated order is taken quickly. They fix eggs etc the way you want them and are promptly served. Near an interstate exit , entrance so numerous travelers. Must be a good place to work as some waiters have been there a long time.

Family and I came, ordered and received our meals promptly as requested. The staff was courteous, I enjoyed the Christmas music, and of course the food was delicious, just like I remember. Its good to be back home. Didnt enjoy the candied bacon though, I thought Id be warm.

This friendly down home cooking is my favorite place to eat and relax.Bob Evans has breakfast anytime until 10:00 pm.and lunch or dinner.They are updating the menu a lot this year,(I think three times so far).I am never disappointed with the coffee ,foods,or Servers.Enjoy.

Chain restaurants are never given high stars unless its a surprise by something unique. You will be fed, you will generally enjoy what you normally order, and pay at the end. Nothing new here.

Depending on who your server is you will have a great experience or a bad one. Have used the online ordering on the website and it is hit or miss on if it ready when you go to pick it up.

Service was great. Food was kinda gross. Eggs very oily. Sausage oily . Fruit tasted old. Ate at ruby Tuesday for brunch and it was way better and they dont even make eggs for breakfast
