I had stopped at the subway to grab a quick lunch and as usual the quality was very good and the service was excellent. Once completed my meal I left having unfortunately left my jacket and wallet behind. I actually did not miss them as I had just assumed when I got home that I had left them in the car, and they can wait until the next morning. The next morning I received a phone call from the operator of the restaurant stating that he had found my jacket and wallet and would keep them for me until I returned. I went to the restaurant a few hours later, and he gave me my jacket and wallet both of which were entirely intact and "undisturbed." I then tried to offer him a reward for his act of kindness which he refused. I must say that I give him full credit for being so honest and forthcoming and will certainly stop by their next time Im in the area. Dr. Jon Russell

I am not normally one to complain at restaurants, but this was the most abysmal Subway experience I have ever had. I ordered a meatball sub, and it took the man over 10 minutes to ring my order up because he had to restart the computer. When I sat down and began to eat my meal, I realized that the meatballs were freezing cold. When I asked for a new sandwich, the man tested the temperature of the meatballs and realized they were very cold, so he put some in the microwave and made my sandwich. He also left it in the toaster too long on purpose to further heat the meatballs, which burned my bread. At this point, I just ate my sandwich quietly and resolved never to eat here again, and I advise you never to eat here either.

I passed up another subway to go to this one and that was a mistake. Ordered a chopped salad and it was not chopped just thrown in the bowl. The vegetables were not added to the salad, they were pinched on there. Had to ask for more green peppers because I could barely see them. I counted two slices of cucumbers. I had to ask for spinach which was not out but in the cooler. This was enough but when filling my drink there was no unsweet tea. I asked the employee and all I got was nope sorry we have none. Very poor service. We will not be returning to this subway. Theres just too many good ones out there.

This subway is very rude my husband got a chicken tariaki and he told them warm it up so they did and it came out ice cold he told them can you just make a new sandwich instead cause it taste horrible so then the lady started cursing us out in her language and started racing her hands saying we are liers oh and second she said my coupon was fake when I got it of the subway website if u ask me this place is full of crap just like there service

Did i just walk into an Indian mini market or something? When the customer has to show customer service skills in such cold unfriendly atmosphere. Had the same sub at another location and it was thick and loaded like its supposed to be. This one was a miserable thin pathetic sub. A waste of money. The mean looking guys who work there dont know how to communicate or smile at customers. They seem out of place, annoyed and bored.

"SCAM" I ordered online and went to pick it up, they had their "open" sign OFF. It was 8:30pm online it says they close at 10:30pm. They didnt even acknowledge me, they didnt open the door for me they just sat there and went to the back room, basically SCAMMING with the "online order". Thinking I was just gonna leave and let them do that? Nah, yall had the wrong one. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Or pay CASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This guy just overcharged me I said something about it didnt sound right he kinda blew me off I paid and sat down and looked over the menu and added everything up he definitely over charged me!! Just a couple bucks but as a tourist visiting the track I am appalled!! I went to look over my recipt but he definitely didnt give me one of those either!! My advice find another restaurant!!

The men working here Act as if the customer us bothering them or inturupting their day, they dont smile or greet you. I had to repeat what I wanted several times they kept trying to just add things to my salad that they chose. Also they reuse the salad bowl and chopping thing with out washing them between customers. We wont be back

They are stingy with vegetables and ingredients asked to put on sandwich or salad. They will charge extra if asked to put more than their small portion on. I literally stay across the street from this subway and i would rather go across town to eat fresh.
