Although I was there at the same time as one of the owners, employee came from the lobby, grab a pair of gloves, grab the paper for my subs with bare hands before putting on her gloves. Not to mention, she never went to the sink to wash her hands. Complaint to the owner about the location itself and the current situation. Of course, he apologizes, talk to the employee and manager then leave. Im still there trying to place my order. The manager was taking care of me then leaves without saying anything, have me waiting for minute or two but felt like five, not only was she holding me up, she held up everyone else because I ordered for foot long subs and the other employee could not do anything until the manager come back to complete my order. Needless to say, I received my order and left. As this location never fails me, something is ALWAYS wrong with my order. The bread was extremely hard, it crumbled and fell a part just by grabbing it. As usual, they are out of ingredients. Why I continue to patronage them, it always when Im rushing to my one of my sons outdoor game, a sub is something that you can eat now and save after the game, and this location is close to my house and on my path. I always spent $28 to $34 at this location per visit. I have given this location enough tries to know this is normal and I have stopped given them the chance to gain my loyal business. After 10 tries, I have to say enough is enough. If you have time, go visit the location in Stockbridge on Rock Quarry Rd or on Hwy. 138 or the one in McDonough in Lake Dow Plaza or across from Krogers on Jonesboro Rd. I have more enjoyment at those locations to know if you get a bad sub, its not the norm.

Horrible. Went there last night 7/24/17. Was a younger large African American male working the counter. I knew I wanted a footlong tuna sub and immediately checked to see how much tuna was left. Probably about 1/2" in both bowls if that and I said just make it a 6". He said "I can make a footlong dont worry". He proceeded to scrape the bottom and the sides of both bowls and maybe got one full scoop and a half...and if youve ever had a footlong tuna it should be at least 4 full scoops maybe 5 then spread out. He tried to spread that measly bit of tuna out onto a footlong and I asked if they had anymore...he half assed asked the younger white male if there was any made in the back and he just shrugged his shoulders. I said does that mean you dont have anymore? He said yeah...when he got about 5" into the footlong spreading that day old tuna and it was prob about 1/4" think on the bread I said "you know what? Dont worry about it" and I walked out. I have never seen such ignorance at that subway I have always liked it. But lately it has gone way downhill. Like these kids they hire dont care about anything or even having a job. Probably just cause mommy and daddy made them. I went to the one on lake dow when I left there which is prob 15mins out of my way seeing that I live off Kelleytown rd. And had a wonderful experience and they had two full bowls at 7:30pm. Not two empty ones. And Im sure if they would have been empty they would have offered to make some more if thats what I wanted. Eastlake subway is horrible. Do not go there anymore. I have learned my lesson after being a loyal customer of theirs for almost 8 years. Smitty

I dont know why this store remains open. Every time you go in there they have run out of something. Poor planning!!! They run out of bread, cheese, meat, lettuce tomatoes. Theyre across the street from a kroger they can go but supplies. And its not one day and the next day the truck is coming, it will be 2 days later and theyre still out of the same stuff and running out of others. Ive been to subways in the ghetto that NEVER runs out of supplies due to excellent management. Thats just poor. Especially when you have your heart set on something and you cant get it because they dont have it. Its disappointing and its happened more than 5 times.

Took 34 minutes to get 2 subs. Only 2 choices of bread- white or wheat. Only drinks available were diet Coke or orange juice. No choice in chips. No cookies. No napkins. Remaining food available was running out fast. I feel sorry for the people in line behind me. The woman working there said that her boss said that PFG (performance food group) would be delivering supplies later that afternoon.... Didnt help me or the people behind me. Too bad they dont get their supplies from Cheney Brothers like all of the Subway Restaurants in Florida. I will never go to this Subway Restaurant again. Oh, no choice for cheese either. Nuff said

I dont know whats going on with this location. Every time I go to this store they never have turkey. I refuse to believe they are always out of meat due to so much business. Its kind of annoying because I work at the daycare down the street but I have to drive a few miles away in traffic to go to another location. I dont normally do reviews but I just had to say something. Maybe something will change.

Someone should report this place to corporate. I asked for a footlong rotisserie chicken Deluxe. Not only did they not know what Deluxe meant, they did not have rotisserie chicken. They were selling cut up patties for the rotisserie chicken sandwich. I walked out. I usually never leave anyone a bad review and they were polite but this is not what a Subway should be.

Poor service. I love Subway but this one is terrible. The two girls that were up front were rude. They were out of the bread i wanted and the two types of sandwiches I wanted, they were also out. I asked the ladies how they were out at 12:30 and she gave me an attitude. I will never return to this subway and will tell others to avoid it like the plague.

This subway always has very rude and discombobulated teenagers operating the place! As if that issnt bad enough, you go in here and they are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS out of ALMOST everything!! They never have change, always trying to close 15-20 min early!! Idk who tf actually runs this place, but they suck!!!!!!

Stay away from this location. They refused to take a valid Subway coupon. Over charged us for our food. Refused to give us the owners contact info and wouldnt even provide us with a time that the owner would be there . Lastly they did the offer pizza ( my daughters favorite thing from Subway ).

I asked for more toppings over,and over!! They are very stingy! And one lady was getting a attitude because we kept asking for more toppings, then when we sat down to eat it wasnt even that good.. firehouse has them beat by far!!

This location is pure garbage. The owner is a mess and she is paying he employees with cash. I dont know what type of illegal stuff she got going on in that store but I would advise everybody to stay clear of this location.
