This place is mostly for delivery that is way it looks like a hole in the wall. Dont let the looks of the place fool you.. I will not say everything is excellent because, it is not. I generally order the noodles which I LOVEEE! Sweet and sour Chicken on a good day it good, however, sometimes it is soggy and a bit oily , The Hunan Chicken is not bad. The hot and sour soup is a coin toss, sometimes it is unseasoned as long as a add soy sauce it is good. disappointed with the golden fingers really not worth the extra money. veggi chow main is to die for, if you are not a meat eater you will love this dish! egg foo young is also a coin toss, something overcooked, sometimes oily but if you catch them on a good day the egg foo young is good. Honesty I did not care for the general tsos chicken, This is a dish that it better fresh and if you have to wait for delivery then it will be soggy. I do not like soggy General tsos chicken and the same goes for the Sesame Chicken. Not to mention I really do not like their General T chicken sauce. Over all, I do continue to order from China Garden for a couple of reasons. the price is not bad they deliver to me if you keep your order simple you should be happy. Simple like noodles, fried rice etc..

Love this place anyways, but todays experience inspired me to leave a review. Ordered my dinner (delivery, online, two of my favorite things in a restaurant), including an order of fried donuts. When the food got here, I realized theyd given me fried wontons instead. I figured Id clicked the wrong thing and my boyfriend could have them when he got home. But about half an hour later, just as I was lamenting my lack of donuts, the delivery guy showed back up with them! They noticed their mistake and now Im eating hot, delicious donuts.

My boyfriend and I ordered food from there and there was A BUG IN THE FOOD. Called to complain and request money back because OBVIOUSLY couldnt eat bug infested food...they accused us of lying and refused to give a refund. Claimed that we were "trying to rip them off" in order to get free food? To have someone blatantly defame our character when all we were trying to do was get a refund for a CLEARLY DEFECTIVE ORDER goes beyond simply bad customer service. DO NOT EAT HERE IT IS DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY.

Ill order here occasionally while at work. Delivery times are pretty quick, I dont think Ive waited more than 10 minutes. Food quality is ok, as others mentioned, sometimes its a coin toss. Beware of the non english speaking employees that answer the phone to take your order. The chineese/English barrier can be a bit overwhelming. Overall, not a bad place to get a bite-to-eat once in a while.

I think they have new cooks, the food seems fresher as well. Their is a language barrier so please check your order before you leave. Quick, priced right, good food, and they deliver. Terry

I have never complained about service here however today I ordered roast pork lo mein and fried chicken wings.Two wings were burnt and the lo mein was old and nasty.And two wings were not even whole! So I asked for new wings before I tasted lo mein.They brought me 3 wings not even a full order.Done eating here.I feel sick.

This is not a sit down restaurant. It never has been. There is a sit down Chinese Restaurant south of I 90 on Warren Road. Some of the other reviewers are mixed up. BUT We have been ordering food from this take out Chinese place for years and are never disappointed. They have a variety of sauces and all are good.

Not only were the an hour late on my delivery, but the food was absolutely terrible. I felt like I was forced to tip the late delivery guy, and I ordered a Pepsi and received a Coke which I feel like they got a good chuckle out of back at their place. Never again will I be treated with such neglect and disrespect.

Didnt listen when i told them i wanted to use a card so when then came to deliver he wouldnt accept my card so i had to barrow cash...very unhappy that they didnt listen when i said twice that i was using a card..even called back to say i was using a card again and they still didnt listen

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. AFTER EATING MOST OF MY FOOD I FELT SOMETHING RIP INTO MY GUMS IN MY MOUTH AND HAD TO PULL A STAPLE OUT OF MY GUM. AS SOON AS I STOP BLEEDING IM GOING TO CALL THEM AND THEN TTHE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS WHATSOEVER!

My wife got food from here once and she said the place smelled like a sewer inside. They deliver beer and cigarettes until 2 AM which is probably the only redeeming quality of this place. The beer is Milwaukees Best and no other choice. The food is awful.

The food is good but the delivery guy called me and he yelled at me because i ddint hear him . Then , he lazily didnt come find my apartment number which isnt hard so i had to go outside to get the food . He said no " hello " or " bye " . Just rude .

This place stole my money. Do NOT ORDER TAKE OUT FROM HERE! I paid over the phone with my debt card. It went through but the dumb b*tch who doesn't speak English said it didn't. I was charged for food I didn't get!

Didnt follow delivery instructions at all.. How hard is it to walk through an open door and up a few stairs When we got the food the sweet and sour sauce tasted like dishwater, and the chicken nuggets are cardboard

This place is consistently good for one thing: takeout General Tsos lunch special, which I think is worth four stars on its own. Anything beyond that and youre rolling the dice. May the odds be ever in your favor.

Ordered and paid with card online..after 35 minutes i called..lady said on its way...took 50 minutes to get and delivery person couldnt speak English and kept insisting i pay...will never use this place again.
