We ordered Honey Chicken, which is supposed to come with a pint of white rice. It did not. We called them, thinking they could just send a driver with it with no issue, like any other delivery service would. My husband stayed on the phone with some idiot at this place for 15 minutes because they said it would be 35 minutes to deliver it to us 3 miles away when THEY screwed it up. They never once apologized. When the idea of a refund came up, they said, "bring the food back to us and you can have a refund." Yeah, no. If we wanted to drive up there to pick up the rice YOU forgot, or to get a refund for YOUR mistake, we wouldnt have ordered delivery. Get real. Weve never had a problem with this place before, and we are one to hold a grudge against shady food places. You may have lost us for good, China Chef.

Our family usually loves their food, but we could not enjoy it this time...because we never received it. After an hour, we called to check on the delivery, since we live only a mile from the restaurant. We were told the driver was just leaving. After another 20 minutes and still no food, we called again. This time, the employee laughed and said the driver was on our street. Unless they track their driver with GPS, she had no way of knowing this. Another 10 minutes later and still no food, we called again and cancelled our order. We were never given any explanation as to why our food was never delivered, and are currently waiting to see if the charge will be removed from our credit card. This is completely unacceptable, and cause enough for us to never order from them again!

I ordered veg. Lomein with extra onions extra ginger and garlic but i got none of these in my lomein when i called the store tha lady on the phone she told me i cant help it beacause maybe my chef is new he doesnt know how to make it. Then i said i need new one coz i dont like it she said pay for it i get it i said what about i paid for the food i need but didnt get right?? She said i dont know .....well she dont know how to talk with customers. I used to go this china chef 2times a week but since then i will never go their and even my all friends also stoped going their.

I called to order my food from one if there menus that I have and on the menu it has coupons with no expiration date on it and said that they have not had that menu in years when they just sent it 2 months ago with my order besides for the fact that they have messed up my orders several times I still gave them my business and no bad reviews until the gentleman whom answered the phone was extremely rude done giving my business to businesses that dont appreciate there customers!

Horrible food. First time I tried this place, only for the fact that theyre open late, but way too much mustard in the curry chicken. The rice tasted like they took it out of the freezer and warmed it in the wok. Even when I called to complain about my experience, they said "Why u No bring it back!" Seriously? They were closed and I called the very next day. Never again. Go to Golden Lilly. Been going there for years, no complaints yet.

I HATE leaving negative reviews, and as a business owner, I do anything to make the customer happy, however this business didnt give sweet n sour sauce ... EVEN after requesting extra multiple times.. ended up with dry deep fried chicken chunks, and the real complaint is that refused to drop some off as they were "too busy to drop it off". Never again... FAIL. learn to accommodate the customer, especially if you are in the wrong. AVOID.

The people who have given this place a four star rating must have either been starving, or have never had good Chinese food. I was very hungry and at work when I ordered after a couple of bites I havent touched it or eaten anything, I ordered at 1 this afternoon it is now 11:30 at night and I cant wait to leave work so I can get something to eat. This is going in the garbage.

Excellent food! Good proces and quick delivery .... My husband and i usually order the family meal which gives you 2meals and rice for both meals and chicken on a stick and 2 wonton soups for $20! You cant beat that! Its so bad when we call they already know our order....also very friendly

They always take over an hour to deliver food, they only got one driver, food is decent but I wouldnt rave over it Ive got some nasty food from them before, if youre looking for some good Chinese id go somewhere else

Food is ok but Im not sure why on more than one occasion, we ordered food for carry out paid with credit card, then an hour later credit card was charged a second time for a couple of dollars
