I spent over $50 to feed my friends and family their food on a takeout order. Everything was good, good as usual, except for the order of Pork Lomien Noodles. It smelled sour when I got it home (5 minutes after I picked it up). I tasted it and the meat was rancid. Ive been a customer of theirs for the past year and Ive never had a problem with their food. I returned to the store with the Pork Lomien noodles thinking that I was doing them a favor by alerting them to the problem so they wouldnt serve it to anymore of their customers. When I explained the problem to the manager, she refused to smell the lomien noodles. She refused to give me a refund for just the pork lomien noodles and she refused to make me another order. I told her that her attitude was uncalled for and she dared me to call the Health Department because in her words "we make everything fresh!" I told her that she was being ridiculous and that I would be making a complaint and she said "f@#k you! Get out my store!" I dont know what her issue is, but I will never give them another dime of my money. Absolutely incredible.

I order here a lot and I ordered the general tsos chicken man I dont even know if it was food it was horrible and I complained n called n they told me oh well basically ... ewe! UPDATE: I GAVE THIS PLACE ONE MORE CHANCE, FIGURING MAYBE IT WAS A BAD NIGHT AND THEY DELIVERED MY FOOD IN A HOUR WITH WON TON SOUP DRENCHING ALL OF MY CHICKEN FRIED WINGS AND NUGGETS, I CALLED AND SHE TOLD ME DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN LOL WTF ARE U SERIOUS? AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! NOW ITS OFFICIAL DO NOT ORDER HERE THE LADYS A TOTAL IDIOT, HOPE THEY DO OUT OF BUISNESS SOON, AND I USED TO ORDER HERE ALOT, JUST PRAY THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH UR FOOD CUZ IF U COMPLAIN THEY DONT GIVE A FUCC!

I had a terrible experience dealing with china express, i placed an order online at 6:20pm for delivery. i waited until 7:20 and then my girlfriend drove up there to pick up the order since it took so long. When she arrived they told her they never even received an order from me. i had a copy of the receipt with an order confirmation number and they proceeded to tell me that they never got an order from me. when my girlfriend finally went to pay for the order the employee said to her "your going to get 10% off since your boyfriend called and complained " terrible customer service and i will not return

My fiance and I absolutely love this place. Weve ate her for just over a year on a regular basis (always delivery order though). The staff is friendly and the woman who answers the phone speaks english well (enough). The food has always been good and you get HUGE servings if you order the "Dinner for two." The only issue we had is that recently a young man has been answering the phone and has gotten our order incorrect. You just have to be very specific with him. However, they did deliver the rest of our order with no complaints or problems as soon as we called. I highly recommend.

Might have been good food if I ever got to eat it. I placed my order @ 18:29; @ 19:26 I called and was told, "He should be there in five minutes." I waited eight minutes, called back, and was told "Hes been gone long time. I make fresh." Too late, I canceled the order. They were not happy with that outcome, and that made two of us. My place is really easy to find, PERHAPS THEY OUGHT TO INVEST IN A GARMIN. Never order when they are supposedly busy, but who is really to know when that is . . .or if they ever are. If I was able, I would have given them NEGATIVE STARS!

I have ordered from there for over a year. almost every week ( Love Chinese). Two nights ago they were very rude too me. i assumed a bad night, Then tonight! they =were demons! I got my order, and it was not right. I called to let him know. He told me he spoke to the cook, and it was all right. I asked him if he was calling me a liar, and he said Yes! I said "you about to lose a customer! he said OK, and hung up! wow!

Ive come to realize that Chinese places in Cleveland have no idea what chow mein is! Everywhere Ive gotten it from has given me some sort of version of chop suey instead. Its pretty upsetting considering chow mein is one of my favorite dishes. This place actually has very good General Tsos and thats why I give it three stars but be sure not to order chow mein because you will sorely disappointed.

Not great. Delivery was fast enough and food was okay, not piping hot. Everything was a bit bland. Be aware that their chow mein doesnt have any noodles in it. Its a white sauce on cabbage and bean sprouts. I called to try to get it exchanged because I was expecting noodles (thats what the internet told me chow was) and they told me if I come to the store theyd exchange it.

I had a great experience. Had an issue with my order. They fixed it immediately AND put extra shrimp into my fried rice. The workers are local but dont speak English very well. But the main cashier/hostess is the sweetest person and her smile is contagious. They have had a new staff for the last few years so give them another try. Its worth it!

I ordered my food, it took 20 minutes to get here. When i received it, i noticed my entire order wasnt here. After waiting 45 MINUTES!! I had to actually go to the store and get my order! They did nothing about the 1st half of my food being old nor anything to compensate there mistake! The food wasnt even good! NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!!!

Visiting out of town from Columbus. This was the closest Chinese place in the area. Had a good experience and would definitely return. probably the best Chinese Ive had in a long time. too bad I wont find anything better in Columbus... 5 stars!

I like crab in my crab Rangoon..The filling was runny. Orange chicken was good..But there pork fried rice smells. I saw other peoples reviews and Im not even bothering to pick up the phone just NEVER will I order here again.

Fast delivery. Their food has moved away from american chinese towards more authentic asian food, which was a surprise, but Im going to stay a loyal customer because of how speedy and curtious the staff is.
