What a rip off. We received an menu on our doorknob about the place, and after having a bad experience there years earlier, we though maybe theyd switched hands and would give it a shot. The service was friendly, if not a little slow. The place only has about 4 tables and we were the only customers. It felt like it was 100 degrees inside and was miserable. The ceiling tiles were terribly stained and falling apart ... the place really needs touching up badly. The table rocked ... why cant restaurant owners put something under the offending legs of the tables? My wife ordered Happy Family ... it was supposed to have lobster according to the menu ... it had one small piece, and it was, as were the 5 pieces of shrimp, incredibly overcooked. I had the Singapore Chow Mei Fun which is supposed to have yellow curry powder and according to the red letters and small chili symbol for the dish on the paper menu ... it was supposed to be spicy. It was not. It was flavorless to put it mildly. The egg rolls were the most bland egg rolls Ive ever had ... and dont ask for hot mustard, they dont have any. These two meals with 2 sodas (they come in a can, no glasses) with plastic silverware that bends simply by looking at it, 2 egg rolls and an order of dumplings came to a whopping $30! And this was horrible food to say the least! I want my $30 back. The only good thing about the place was the dipping sauce for the dumplings, we used to it pour on the egg rolls for some kind of flavor. We wont be going back.

This establishment is eacactly what you would hope for in a small-town Chinese resturant. My food is ALWAYS correct, cooked to order, and delicious. Staff is fast, efficient, and friendly. There is a young woman (Im not sure of her name) that always answers the phone, and works pretty much every time I visit, and I truly appreciate her! Some may be turned away by the "rougher" exterior, but were all going here for the food, and that is what truly shines. Get your food in person to-go, call ahead, or even have it delivered! Ive tried a ton of menu items offer the last two years and neither myself or any of my guests have been dissapointed. I will continue to return to this resturant ANY TIME I want good Chinese food in Winter Haven.

I am in town visiting for work and wanted something I could have delivered, I read the reviews for this place and Eddies and decided to order from here, only problem was there is no website and the menu I could find isnt right. Decided to drive across the street to order and grab a menu! Food was hot, portions were awesome and my entree tasted yummy, but although the Crab Rangoon wasnt horrible, I wasnt a fan at all. I would have given it 5-Stars, but the lack of online menu and the Crab Rangoon were reasons to go with 4. I would definitely reccommend the food and the service was great as well.

Usually eat Chinese food on the east Southeast side of Winter Haven. Only reason I tried this place because my daughter wanted Panera Bread. The sweet and sour sauce was watering the chicken or sweet and sour chicken was cold with hardly any chicken in it and the garlic shrimp all that had vegetables was onions and green peppers. Not very good! Probably one of the worst Chinese food decisions I can remember ever making. And I never complain not worth $24 thats for sure!

Did a delivery order because of the bad weather. Was told 45 min wait but thankfully they were here in less than 30 mins. I had a large order but they forgot a few of my things. I called them back and told them. They said they will give me extra next time I order. So i ordered enough food for 6 people and only got 2 fortune cookies. But the food i did receive was delicious and ill be ordering again.

Absolutely horrible. Me and my coworkers ordered this Sunday night at work. Got chicken and broccoli, noted the chicken had a very odd texture and was pretty cold but I was so hungry I ate it anyways. About 6 hours after eating I was vomiting. Well, now theee days later still nauseous constantly, cannot eat, and having "other effects" if you catch my drift. I would stay away!

Ordered food for hubby and I. Ingot it delivered, the driver was nice, polite, food was AMAZING!! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! VERY impressed!! My new go to place for chinese food!! I ordered extra because of the hurricane plus I dont wanna cook tomorrow. I got General Tsaos chicken, chicken lo-mein and chicken & broccoli. Everything was AMAZING!!!!
