I went to Panera Bread cafe today and was disappointed once again. They did not have the bread that went with the sandwich I ordered. This is the second time in the last month or two that this has happened. I am allowed to pay even and then as Im waiting they tell me they do not have the tomato basil bread; I had to have my card refunded because I could not have the sandwich they sold me. I do not understand what it is about this location but this seems to be an issue for them. One time is a fluke, a one-off situation. But twice is poor order/baking management. Additionally, the staff is completely unsympathetic and seemed miffed that I would want a refund. This was not surprising as the staff moments earlier was taking the order or a woman with three kids. One of the kids was dancing back and forth singing and the cashier leaned down to her and condescendingly said "youre REALLY loud." The poor mother looked mortified. How unkind can someone be? Not to mention this was a male manager I believe. I love Panera Bread, but it seems that I will only get the service EVERY customer deserves if I suck it up and drive to the location 20 minutes away instead of the location 7 minutes from home.

I go to Panera on a regular basis. While I usually go to the ones in Beavercreek and Springfield, I happen to stop by this one while my wife was at Kettering Hospital. The service was very slow, they got my order completely wrong, and my food wasnt heated thoroughly. I didnt bother asking them to correct it because the service was so slow. Ill stick with Beavercreek and Springfield locations.

Showed up at 802 pm on a Sunday... teenager was locking the door as I walked up... shrugged her pretentious shoulders, pointed at her watchless wrist, and turned and walked away. Good news tho.. I wont be back, and Tim Hortons is open 24hrs. Assholes.

This is the second weekend where my Rapid Pick up order wasnt ready. Both times I waited over 20 minutes for my food. This last time it seemed like they didnt have enough people working because they messed up multiple orders.

The turkey sandwich has literally two thin slices of turkey in it and a few small pieces of lettuce. The soup was cold. Service took a long time too. This place used to be good. I was a regular customer there, not anymore...
