I want to start by saying Ive eaten at numerous paneras and theyve all been consistently good and well managed. We came to this location on a Saturday evening for dinner from out of town. We ordered a you pick two with salad and soup, a salad, and a panini - everything to go. The cashier asked us twice to repeat the soup and salad for the you pick two and we were very clear that we wanted the Cobb salad and broccoli Cheddar soup. There were only two people in front of us, but it took FOREVER to get our order. When we got to where we were eating, the soup was corn chowder - not broccoli cheddar and the panini was not pressed. The sandwich was not even slightly warm. We called and talked to a manager who was very nice and apologetic and said he would refund the entire bill if we brought the receipt in the next day. When we brought the receipt back, the day manager was extremely rude and would only refund the food we said wasnt correct. She didnt apologize for the mistake either. We are not picky people and were very kind about the mix up, but were extremely disappointed in the service.

I do enjoy Panera. I ate at many of their chains but this one moment made me feel unwanted. It was a busy lunch period, so it was chaotic and uncomfortable. I made my order, found a table for my laptop, then returned to wait with everyone else to for my meal. Waited 15 minutes until I realize it wasnt coming. I asked if they called my name, in which I receive an abrupt "yes" (which was given without eye contact, all while the server was quickly preparing other meals). I felt like the center of a scandal as customers stared at me while I explained I did not receive my meal. This stared an explanation from the server then a second attempt by the service to make it, which took another 10minutes of waiting. In the end, I gave up and sat at my laptop to do my homework without my meal. I dont like confrontation, so didnt push it. I felt as an unwelcome distraction to a focused need to finish everyone elses food in a hurry during the lunch rush. I most likely will visit Panera again, but have a sour discomfort when ordering now.

This is one of the most unkept and rude Paneras Ive ever been in. Normally the staff at Paneras are friendly, but not this one. They act as if youre "bothering" them and barely pay attention to you. On top of that, the tables werent cleaned off, seat cushions were ripped, and the whole place was just a bit dirty in general. I normally like Panera and eat there often, but this is one Panera I certainly wont be visiting again!

Yet another disappointing meal at Panera breads, sure in theory you can charge $8.50 for some lettuce, kale, two almonds half a chicken breast and a spoon full of quinoa and the soba noodles with raw cabbage and broth so peppery it choked me, honestly Ive had better Ramen. Im gonna go morn the loss of my twenty, the yuppies can have that pop spot.

The manager is a great guy, he runs the hell out of this Panera. An employee was making me a frozen mocha. The manager walked by as she was pouring it, and he noticed it was a bit watery. He poured it out and made me a new one himself! And it was extra thick! Of all the things he has to do, he stops to make my drink better...awesome

Turkey salad came with no turkey! Asked for no salad dressing and it came covered with salad dressing! What a waste of money!! Will NEVER return! Too many other great choices nearby. Sad excuse for a restaurant. P.S. ----- worst tuna salad sandwich Ive ever eaten! Yuk on this place !!! 9/26/2013

While I generally like Panera... my one complaint about this location- they no longer put salad dressing in a separate container for to-go orders. I get that they are wanting to be "green"... but this is an inconvenience when you dont necessarily plan on eating the salad right away.

Great experience - I wished that the pumpkin sugar cookie would have noted that there was a pumpkin flavor on the packaging. I also wish that the iced coffee was the same as the iced tea. That always disappoints me. It was clean and service was fast.

Chocolate chip cookies were delicious. I really like the roasted turkey apple sandwich. I really liked the Tomato creamy soup which was really good too overall good experience the wait staff was courteous and the vicinity was very clean

Decent. My food always seems to come out soggy. When I ask them to remake, they always apologize and say it was reheated from a frozen package. Wifes food always seems to turn out well.
