We were greeted at the door and they quickly put a couple tables together for our party of 7. It wasnt too busy when we got there around 6pm on a Thursday but it was starting to get a little busy before we left. They rotated positions as needed between serving, hosting, and bussing so I could imagine if you walked in at a busier time while other customers are being served, you may have to wait a minute at the entrance if they are busy bussing or serving a table. Just take that as a sign that they are serving their customers at the table the same way you will want to be served when you are enjoying your meal. They were never away for an unreasonable amount of time. The food was great and everybody loved it. Great flavor!!! Ive had bland Mexican and this wasnt bland at all! I had the Burrito Supreme which was very good and pretty big. Finished with a Chimi Cheesecake that was awesome!! Im definitely going back! My son got the Diabla Burrito (?) and said it wasnt very spicy hot so Ill try that next time!

When I entered this fine establishment for the first time, I had never eaten Mexican food or eaten at a restaurant. And as such, I entered La Terraza with no expectations whatsoever. But I was pleasently surprised by the experience. I ordered a quesadilla. But seeing as how I was ignorant of how to say quesadilla, I sounded it out and ordered a, "Kwas-uh-dill-uh." It was a refreshing take on having meat and cheese surrounded by bread. Dare I say, it is a Mexican sandwich. The service was great, the server and I didnt engage in witty banter, fall in love, and get married seasons later, so television didnt give the most accurate depiction of restaurants. But I will be back to La Terraza for more delicious yums.

This used to be "Guacamoles" which we liked but was in a continuous slow decline. The new owners have rehabilitated the place nicely! Fine are the garish colors, replaced by a CLEAN interior, new booths and tables5 flooring and ceiling. We tried the guacamole and queso dips, both were satisfying. For entrees we had enchiladas, and vegetarian tacos. The tacos were excellent! The enchiladas were good. The service was attentive and quick. My only disappointment was the salsa, it was too sweet for my taste, but it wasnt terrible Overall a solid Mexican option in Kent.

So much better than the old Mexican place that used to be here. Good food, good portion size and quick service. Clean restaurant. I have been here twice since this opened- got the fajita bowl once which was enough for dinner and lunch and tacos once.

We waited a while to even be acknowledged let alone seated - and service was slow! The food was very mediocre. Prices are standard for the area, but as such, there are many more Mexican restaurants in the area that are more remarkable.

The food was mediocre. My enchilada was Cold! The fried ice cream was good until I got to the bottom, where all it was was soggy Cornflakes! Doubt I would go back!

I was hopeful about this spot. Sadly, I just cant give it the thumbs up I was hoping for. The food was bland, tasted canned, and nothing really stood out.
