Have visited a few times. First was amazing. Good food, fair portions at the right price. Service was amazing. We sat on the diner side. Last time I went I sat at the bar with my girlfriend. Bartender seemed to flirt with older gentleman and someone who was either a regular or a friend of hers. Not much attention given to us after our order was taken. She did however notice when we would run out of alcohol. Not a great ticket time for our food on this visit. Fortunately the quality was there. Excellent wings and a decent burger. Ill be back, but will tend to try and seat myself on the diner side.

There are several Firehouse Grill & Pubs in the area including Hiram. This is the only one I visited with my brother for a sandwich and a beer. Got a nice fish sandwich for about $5. Fresh cut fries. Nice menu with appetizers and full dinners including steaks. The restaurant portion is small but the service was good and atmosphere homey. Got a 23oz frosted mug of beer for $2.50. Will visit again for sure.

They seemed to have 1 server for the entire restaurant. Not sure whose great idea that was but really should consider getting more help. Also the food was greasy as it comes. The food needs drained better once out of the grease because between my fries and chicken wings there was a good sized puddle of standing grease on my plate. The worst firehouse I have ever been to. Will avoid at all costs.

I got my niece the kids mac and cheese meal and she was given a bowl of cold kraft mac and cheese. Its pretty sad when a fast food restaurant like panera can make fresh mac and cheese but a sit down restaurant only serves cold kraft mac and cheese! I was dissatisfied with the service as well, he was not personable and did not seem interested in how we were doing at all.

We showed up on a Saturday afternoon with an entire baseball team. (28 people ) The food was delicious , and the service was excellent and very fast!! Thank you for helping us make it back to our tournament quickly! Keep up the awesome work!!

My fish was terrible! Fish sticks at home had more meat in them... Up charges for EVERYTHING! Wow...I miss the "Old Firehouse" thats when things were good! Good luck...next Friday I am going to Arbys for REAL fish!

My all you can eat fish fry was all you can eat breading my wifes fish salad was undercooked and the burgers were no thicker than a whisker from my beard. The only thing good about the place was our waitress.

Must have listened to my post-great job on the newly remodeled interior and A/C was installed this past summer. New menu AND kept the dollar burger. Definitely a continued patron!

Got order wrong took it back scraped what we didnt want off and brought it back left Frys while waiting would have been cold if we didnt eat them never go there again

Decent selection of draft beer, food pretty good, but this place is slow. One table told the waitress they couldnt wait any longer so they packed everything to go.

Fantastic! Went on Monday and got two 8 oz steaks with baked potato for $7 each. Perfectly cooked and well flavored. Michelle served us and she was great as well!

Awesome food and the newly remodeled inside was great! Great service on the restaurant side, bartender was a little slow and light handed on the drinks though.
