I just started working in this area a few months ago, but I have only had a hand-full of decent experiences from this location. I absolutely love Chipotle, and even with my low rating, I still end up fooling myself into, at least once a week, giving them a second/third/fourth chance to redeem themselves. My issues are usually: too much rice or salsa, not enough of the meat, not enough of the rice/salsa, and (im not over-reacting with this number) 100% of the time that I visit this location I have to ask them to re-wrap the burrito. Sometimes, they have to do it twice. Even if I ask them to re-wrap it once I am met with a quickly frustrated staff, whether or not the frustration is with me or themselves for not being able to wrap it properly, It still comes off as rather rude. It tends to be an awkward experience nonetheless. I rarely have these issues with other Chipotles. Im not sure if this is one of those "training" restaurants or what, but its so bad that im close to driving the extra miles to Streetsboro or Stow to try my luck. I suppose my advice is to have the senior staff/manager ask the customer if they would like the order to be re-wrapped, especially when the burritos contents are obviously leaking through the wrapping, or spilling out when being put into the bag. I actually have a designated towel I keep in my trunk to use when I happen to go to this Chipotle location. I am finished with having to clean my seats/floor and spray them down so my car doesnt reek of rotten burrito after the bag rips from being saturated of juices because the burrito was ill-wrapped. I understand that new hires need to learn how to properly wrap the burritos, but the senior staff needs to be knowledgeable of the state in which there product is leaving the store, instead of quickly throwing the burrito into the bad in hopes that I, the customer, doesnt notice. If there is a problem, then fix it, dont ignore it and hope itll just go away. I hope this location shapes up. I would much rather go to this location which is right down the road from where I work, rather driving an extra 15/20 minutes out of my way on my lunch break. sadly i am about to leave for lunch now. even after writing this complaint I still somehow convinced myself that it might be ok this time :) leaky burrito towel in hand! Ill repost/edit this if it is any better. and I really hope it is.

Extremely inconsistent food and service quality. Everyone seems to be very nice, but some staff members load the burrito/bowl up with beans straight from the container without draining them first. Same with the tomato salsa. Ive had numerous "wet" burritos because of this. Other times the staff is on point and everything is fine. But the main reason for the two stars is simply because its just not very good. Ive been to many Chipotles and this is the worst Ive experienced. I only get the shredded beef, ever. Its been so bad at this location before, that sometimes I have to switch to the pork. Unfortunately I work in Hudson and if I want Chipotle I dont wanna drive to Stow. Which is far better.

The service at this location is hit or miss, they are prone to mistakes....including forgetting to charge for guac, which is the least they could do last month after bungling my order to high heaven. I rarely see the same employees twice at this location. Steak is often fatty and not worth getting, but other meats, including the vegetarian tofu smothered with Chipotle spices, are usually on par. The service is friendly and lines are usually short during lunchtime. Overall, its usually good and its shortcomings dont prevent me from coming back.

Thought before going that I might want to go to streetsboro because their chipoltle is so much better. In the end I decided to go to the one in Hudson because it was so much closer. Poor decision. They did not have steak on hand so I had to wait 10 minutes to get that, when I did it was bright red. They assured me that it was completely normal but I didnt believe them. So I decided to just get chicken then they ran out of rice. Overall we easily could have gone to streetsboro and back in much less time than we waited in line. Bad.

I have been getting Chipotle every Friday from this location for a few months now. Its usually a few of us at my workplace who put orders in online, and when we go to pick them up they are ready for us. This is a great option that no one else in the area offers. The staff there is great and the management is even better. Not once have I seen an upset employee or have heard of someone complaining about poor service. Keep up the great work, there a lots more Fridays and I plan on continuing to order from you.

I started to go here one year and a half ago when I started to work in Hudson! Chipotle is my favorite overall, but especially this one, is amazing!!! Everybody is very friendly, the food is good and fresh and most important: In time!!!...Usually I order via fax or online and they keep my order warm! I visited many other Chipotle restaurants, but this one is the best, hands down!!!!

Convenient location but tight parking lot given the different businesses situated in the park. Always relatively busy but service is good. The no left turns out of the parking lot makes for easy traffic management just keep an eye out for people not turning into the lot.

First off, I do love the quality of the food and the cleanliness. I was there again on 9-9-13, again I had to wait (10 minutes) for black beans. They were not busy (2 in front of me, 3 behind me) and it was around 5:30 pm. They should of been more on the ball.
