The worst experience ever. Along with my wife went for lunch buffet and reached there at 2 pm. They only have very few items for buffet but thats fine for the price. Also as we were late, most of the trays were empty. We politely asked if they are going to fill any of the curries and he(there was only one guy and not sure if he is a waiter or owner himself) nodded yes. While we waited patiently he filled one of the trays and informed few people sitting at another table and didnt have the courtesy to inform us. Then we went ahead with the main course I saw him removing the desserts from the counter . I asked him why he is removing them, he said its getting late. It was only 2:15 pm then but they are open until 2:30 pm. I dont understand if it was not to humiliate the customers why would he remove the desserts first instead of starters or some other dishes. It was an awful experience and will never visit them again. It was humiliating and demeaning experience for us . Throughout the time we were there he behaved indifferently with us. I could call it racism. Very bad customer service, Below average food quality. Too much artificial food colors in chicken tikka masala and tandoori chicken.

My husband and I loved the food at Jaipur. Weve visited Indian Restaurants about a dozen times over our adult lives and this place surely met us at the door with flavor and warmth. The standard Indian menu, complete with Tandoori, and a wide variety of meat and vegetarian dishes is easily understandable. I had the simple Tandoori Chicken. The baked disk came out smoking hot on a cast iron skillet. And when I mean smoking, I mean SMOKING. A little embarrassed from the elaborate presentation of my dish, I moved food around to stifle the crackles. My husband had a lamb dish that was well cooked, and flavorful. As with most Indian restaurants, you have the choice to have the food mild-medium-hot, or INDIAN hot. The food was top notch, I would say they could pick up some utilitarian items and take them out of view of the customers (phone, papers, etc..) but it did not detract from the food. But it does push it to a 4 star rating. The server/owner spoke with us directly and made us feel at home. We will be going back!

June 17, 2013....had the lunch buffet. WOW. I visited the restaurant about a year ago, thought it was okay. Went today, reveled in the rich and creamy chicken tikka masala, and the paneer dish (cant remember what it was). My dining partner had goat curry which which made him remember how really delicious goat can be. The server was friendly, and when asked told us of his 20 year journey to the US, having grown up in Bhutan, and living in Nepal and India. Ive eaten at lots of Indian restaurants in the Cleveland area, and in Florida where I live part of the year, but the meal I had today was the best Indian food I had ever tasted.

Had been there a month earlier and found it to be decent food. Walk in today and try to order the same thing I had last time and was told that its only for lunch. I told the waiter to ask the owner and he comes back with the owners busy right now so you might as well order something else. Kept insisting on ordering food on our behalf rather than what we wanted to eat. I walked out of the place and they couldnt care less. I went and ate at Penn Station after that and the service there was 10 times Superior to this place. Theres no money in the world that could make me walk back in there and I wouldnt recommend others to either.

Since moving to the area 2 years ago, Jaipur Junction has become our favorite Indian restaurant. Weve been here for lunch (buffet) & dinner, food has always been very good and the service has been friendly & helpful. Spice level is negotiable (medium for my wife, hot for me). AND the portions are generally large enough that I can have a spicy lunch, next day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for Indian food, or looking to try Indian food.

I go here several times a month for the lunch buffet. It has eight options plus the cold topping/dessert bar. They are fried veggie balls, some type of soup (often lentil), rice, pita, tandoori chicken, and then three other random items. I dont eat a lot of meat, and I love spicy food. There are always vegetarian options on the buffet, and only once have I seen beef rather than chicken as for meat in one of the other three spots.

Best Indian cuisine that weve had! Recommended! I had the Shrimp and Scallop Do Piazza, it was spicy and perfectly prepared! My first anniversary date enjoyed the Lamb Saag immensely! Served with seasoned basmati rice, and garlic-spiced nam bread... Attentive and friendly service insured that it was a meal fit for royalty! Check out their menu!

The lamb here is out of control tasty. I ordered the lamb vindaloo and the owner recommended a similar, house dish that was not on the menu - it was sublime. Also got complimentary rice pudding and a little honey bread ball at the end of the meal because it was my moms first time in! Super nice folks and super amazing Indian food ^-^

Delicious food. Best service every time. Might be the best cuisine in town. The owners are always kind and very welcoming. As far as the food goes, they have perfect servings and it always comes out sizzling. Every time my boyfriend and I go it is a positive experience. Try it out!

Great food. All Halal. The service good. I liked the chicken Biryani more than the lamb Biryani. The side Rice that is served with the Chicken Tikka Masala is so delicious. the Biryanis have to much oil but still delicious. A little expensive. Definitely worth the visit.

Its not an Indian restaurant, its a Bangladesh restaurant using Indian name. Food is pathetic. We ordered tandoori chicken which tasted like a dessert (too sweet) and Salmon fish curry (felt as if they served raw fish with some onion and tomato) stay away from this place.

This is the best Indian restaurant weve found in the Akron area. Weve eaten here for dinner a several times, and its always tasty. The restaurant is unassuming, but the service a quick and friendly. Definitely try the Shahi Sabzi Biryani!
