Extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered my pizza 2 hours ahead of time. 15 minutes after I was scheduled to get the pizza I was called and told that my address was invalid (I have received orders from the same restaurant to my apartment in the past). Then I was told that my pizza would be here within minutes. 20 minutes later I called the restaurant to inquire on where my pizza was and was immediately put on hold. My boyfriend used his phone to call and was put right through. I asked them where the pizza was and they told me that had to remake the pizza and they had just left to deliver it. An hour later we received our pizza. No compensation was offered. We did let them know that we would not be paying. We will not be ordering from them again. Very rude manager.

VERY BAD SERVICE, I ORDERED THEN CALLED WHEN NOTICED THE PIZZA WAS LATE, AFTER CONFIRMING MY ADDRESS THEY SAID THE PIZZA WILL BE THERE WITHIN MINUTES, CALLED BACK 30 MINUTES LATER AND SAID THAT MY PIZZA IS NOW 1 HOUR LATE, THEY SAID THE C.C. WAS DECLINED, I SAID WHY DIDNT YOU SAY THAT FROM THE BEGINING AND THEY SAID ALL WE CAN DO FOR U KNOW IS PUT THE ORDER IN AGAIN, THEY HAD AN ATTITUDE AND NO APOLOGIES. ALSO I ORDERED FROM THAT LOCATION BEFORE AND THERE WAS A FLY UNDER THE INSIDE OF THE ACTUAL PIZZA. I GAVE THEM MORE THEN 1 CHANCE BUT I GUESS THEY HAVE THE WORLDS MOST HORRIBLE MANAGMENT

The service was horrible the asst manager Kari & Chris are both rude & inconsiderate. I order lemon pepper wings well done when I got the wings they were not done the meat was pink & red. I called to complain the first thing Kari sdwas what you some more wings she didnt show any empathy it was a bad experience & I will never go back or recommend pizza hut in Hilliard

Pizza Hut is now under new management, and you can definitely see the difference. It is a great place to get your food the staff works hard and steady and it is wonderful to see our Pizza Hut in Hilliard working driving to get better. Thank you for doing such a good job, still wonderful service

Terrible; they didnt answer when I called THREE SEPARATE TIMES, also It took more than an hour for alleged delivery; not to mention I ordered my food at 9:18 P.M. and it is 10:49 PM; the pizza was SUPPOSED to get here at 10:33 PM. Ridiculous; will likely be issuing further complaints.

The place itself is really grungy. Go inside to get your pizza and its filthy and no one is wearing gloves. Didnt get greeted when I walked in, the pizza didnt look like Pizza Hut and they gave me the wrong crust it tasted spongey. Food is fast but thats about it

My last order was completely wrong except for the 2 liter. I called and asked for it to be corrected after being on hold for 10 minutes. They said they were out of one item and would credit my account for the other. Never happened. Theyve lost my business.

My stomach hurts everytime I eat Pizza Hut its not only me basically my whole family. Yea it taste good but later I started getting stomach pains and had massive diarrhea. I guess it was food poisoning . Im just not going to eat from here again.

Terrible customer service, wait time was 20 minutes or so I was told, over an hour later- no pizza and the employees were besically ignoring all customers. After over an hour of waiting we had to end up eating somewhere else anyways !!
