the pizza was absolutely phenomenal but I specifically asked for the toppings to be in the shape of a pokeball and I was not pleased to see that all the toppings were evenly spread upon the surface of the cheese covered red sauce on top a delicious, somehow mystical crust. I would love to have the pleasure of once again defeating a case of the munchies with this glorious masterpiece, but I would much rather have more than a space limited to 28 characters to express any special ordering instructions. sometimes when I eat my magnificent pizza, Id like to see a platypus fighting a unicorn drawn on my pizza box and fantasize about who would actually win the fight and Im not a very good artist, so some assistance from the friendly crew at pizza hut would really convince me to come back and order my newly discovered aphrodite of pizza whenever that case of munchies makes it seem impossible to even leave the couch. it makes the pizza taste better, I dont have to act paranoid and awkward in public, and the customer is always right, amiright?

If I could give them a negative star, I would. First, Im from out of town staying in a hotel, when I called for delivery the person who answered asked for the address, when I told him that I was at the Red Roof Inn he said he still needed the address, so I told him it was on Post road, he proceeded to tell me he needed the exact address. I have worked pizza delivery before, and I knew where every hotel in my delivery area was all I needed was the room number, and I know I was in the delivery area because Google had it as .3 miles from my location. Then while my wife was using her cell phone to look up the "exact " address, he hung up on me, not put me on hold because my phone went back to the original screen. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! !!!!!!!!!!!

The first time I ordered from here I used the app. There was an issue with the time that app said i would get my food and when they said I would get it. The person I talked to said that the delivery time was for an hour after the time the app said it was, and he would not change the time. Now I was ordering this for lunch at work, so I had to go to lunch an hour late. Now when I called back to complain the manager gave me a $15 credit, which I just used and the order was wrong. I got Pepsi instead of the DR. Pepper I wanted and there were 2 toppings missing from my personal pan pizza. Im never ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Ordered a pizza right before closing. I lost track of time so when I called in I asked would it be a problem to have it delivered because if so I would pick it up and I apologized refusly for the late order the lady said its not problem and took my order anyway. This was about an house and 10 mins ago and Im still sitting here pizza less. I will be calling the manager tomorrow. Im just very annoyed that I was told it would be no problem yet Ive been sitting here waiting for something thats probably not coming.

By far the worst experience with ordering. They were out of every crust offered, rude on the phone(hung up immediately after I gave them my card number) and forgot half my order. I called back multiple times, but there was no answer. When the driver returned with the rest of the order and the soda, they had been shaken to the point they popped when opened. 0/10 never would order from there again. Ill eat decaying roadkill before I eat here again.

Would not deliver to my address that is nor ally serviced by another Pizza Hut location. My normal locaturn was closed so I hoped they would delivery to me. I am less than 4 miles away from the store. Exceptions can and should be made. Instead of focusing on what you cant do they should focus on what they can do. Made no suggestion of picking up instaed, which I would have done if offered. They made no attempt to earn my money.

Food arrived on time and was good quality, but I was missing a part of my order. By the time it hit me, the driver had already taken off. No big deal, I thought. Ill just call the store and explain. Maybe get a refund or have the missing part of the order Then I called a few times with no answer. Understaffing, maybe? But then the driver came back with the missing part without any prompting. All in all, a good experience.

The place is severely understaffed and the staff is not very efficient. I placed a carry-out order and I went to pick it up. I paid and was told to wait for a couple of minutes. After half an hour of waiting with another bunch of hungry people I asked them about my order and it turned out it was ready but they didnt announce it. Just plain Terrible!

Ordered a medium cheese about an hour before closing yesterday and I dont know if they had already started closing or what, but i think the ingredients were not so fresh and I havent eaten really anything else all day so Im sure its the pizza, anyway Ive been throwing up for two hours now. Just want the word out about it
