I live under 2 miles away in Westland and was denied service. Called a different pizza restaurant even further away from this Pizza Hut and they were happy to serve me. The staff was very rude and said that no other Pizza hut location would serve me at my location, and basically just said that they are incapable of a simple order and can not drive over 50 ft away from their restaurant. Not how you run a business.

Just about every time I ordered here by phone they are rude, theyve hung up on me, they have zero respect for deaf customers. They also dont make things properly to order, more than 3 times they made us a pizza with NO CHEESE when we had actually asked for extra cheese. What pizza place makes a pizza with no cheese?! Lousiest pizza place in Westland.

EXCELLENT customer service when there is an issue! I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 7pm due to a program I was presenting... I wanted the pizza hot and fresh! When the order arrived 40 minutes early I called and the manager sent a fresh one PROMPTLY at 7pm. Thats how its done!

Delicious pizza thats great for gameday. They have good appreciator and dont skimp on the toppings - $11 gets you a large with five toppings! Definitely his the spot when youre feeling the need to stuff your body with cheesy bread (which is almost always).

Third time I ordered double pepperoni and they do not put double pepperoni on. The staff even promised they would. They refused to do anything about it when I called and complained. Bad customer service here and disappointed. I uploaded a photo for proof.

They didnt put sauce on my pizza, then I called to get a new one, talked to three different people, and got a delivery time from each person differently. 30, 45 and an hour. How do you forget to put sauce in a pizza?

This place actually provides great service and quality pizza. On Mon - Fri they have $5 pizza and salad or pizza and bread stick special here. They still have the salad bar here, which I love

Used to be great. My last three orders were very disappointing however. Pizzas barely have cheese or toppings, wings come in a tub half filled with oil, etc. Employees are friendly though.
