Would give 0 stars if option. My fiance and I were regular customers of all cottage inns and of this specific location. Woke up recently with severe food poisoning after ordering a $50 pizza order late the night before. Our medical professional suspects Listeria or Salmonella food poisoning, likely due to cross-contamination from either using same knife without cleaning after cutting chicken on someones order or the beef on my fiances before cutting the pineapple on both of our pizzas, mine was strictly vegetarian. Called the location to warn them and let them know and were extremely rude and unapologetic. He replied "Ok." Then proceeding an awkward silence, "Havent heard anything from anyone else." Probably because it was the knife they used on OUR pizzas that was contaminated. Deeply disturbed by the lack of care and will not be customers any longer. Contacting food health services and corporate.

I normally love Cottage Inn, but this location leaves much to be desired. Upon calling to place my order, the man who answered the call was less than friendly. I gave him very specific instructions on where to bring the order, since I was at work. The poor driver went to the wrong area, and had to come back around. He told me there were no instructions. The worst part was the pizza was not up to par. I will not order from this location again.

One star rating only because I had too , should be more like -3 stars, from the employee that answered the phone that took my order to the food terrible, completely messed up . Will never eat at this location again and neither should you . Should have known better when the phone was picked up with yeah.... cottage inn with extreme negativity for his job .

While the pizza was satisfactory, the boneless wings and bread sticks are a joke. The wings are the size of chicken nuggets from McDonalds, and taste about the same. They also dont come with the sauce on them, just on the side. The bread sticks were pencil thin and nothing remarkable. And none of it was worth the cost. Would not recommend.

90 minutes for delivery after told 30 to 45 when I ordered. When I called they said driver forgot pizza and had to turn around. After reading reviews this is thier standard answer for their poor deliver y service. Owner is cheap and wont hire enough drivers. Never had this problem with them in Ann Arbor

Ate there last Saturday. Really enjoyed the pizza. We had the thin crust, and it reminded me of the pizza I used to enjoy at Barnabys in Elk Grove Village in the 80s. Its more take-out than eat in, but they do have 3 small tables. We were traveling and starving, so we ate on the spot.

Fiancee ordered pizza online and I picked it up in store. Staff helped themselves to a 4 dollar upcharge without indicating it (15 dollars on website receipt including tax and 19 in store when I picked it up). Pizza wasnt even sliced, but tasted good.
