I was there for a going away party a couple of weeks ago. The party was small. The bar had maybe twenty people in it. The way I have seen it every time Ive gone, about 10 times. The girl serving drinks to us kept telling my coworker, who headed up the small gathering, to get water. However my coworker had ordered water a couple times for the 5 people that were there before me, and it was forgotten by the bar maid. My coworker likes to laugh and have fun. She was acting no different than the rest of us. A couple beers is not enough to put her under. I watched a very fit, very drunk man play, play ping pong with the girls in the party and still get served. I was also hit on by a very tipsy loud man at the bar still taking shots with his friend and whoever recognized him as a star. He was able to buy me a drink. Thank you sir, still dont know ya. By the end of the night the bar manager had come out with the bar tender, not the bar maid, and was trying to refuse my coworker anymore drinks. The drinks on my coworkers bill, and loud laughing was their evidence that she has had too many and needed to leave, she was refused another drink. My coworker bought drinks for all of us. The drinks that were supposed to be on separate tabs were not split. There was no apology from neither barmaid, manger, or bar tender. My coworker was not acting out of pocket, nor was she rude. I will agree that this Mayfield bar is nice looking inside, but it is sooooo not my bar. I am glad to not spend time or money there. Last time visit. Thanks again Mayfield!

Terrible service. Ive been in a few times just for drinks and pool. Every time has been fairly busy so I didnt think anything about the long wait for drinks. Well I recently went in with my dad to get some food and shoot some pool. After waiting about 10 minutes, I had to wave to the server to get a drink order. We also ordered 2 dozen wings at this time because we knew what we wanted. Our order came out before the drinks which was about 20 minutes. The order was wrong and we told the waitress. She said she would handle it. We then got our drinks. 45 minutes passed and our waitress was busy playing and feeding her chold. I get it if you cant findo a babysitter but if youre going to bring your child to work that shouldnt come before your customers. Anyway we never got the order fixed and after an hour and a half we left. I will probably never spend my money in that establishment again.

The food looks nothing like the photos online. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was disgusting. The lettuce on the sandwich was not fresh nor was the tomato. The breading on the chicken was partially burned, probably because it was cooked on high flame. I could tell the meat was frozen for a while. Couldnt even finish the sandwich i threw it out. Poor customer service. The workers have a way of making you feel uncomfortable if your not white. The only decent thing about my meal was the french fries and i can honestly say McDonalds fries are fried better. The only way the food at this place can be enjoyed is if your already drunk. Will NOT be returning.

Been here multiple times for multiple occasions from Paint Nites to just eating out. They are always busy, the waitresses are always tired, but you have to realize its a sports bar and thats par for the course. Food is excellent. Noise level sucks (cuz SPORTS BAR) and the service varies depending on how busy they are, and who you get, and how new they are, but overall, Ive never had a BAD experience here. (And for Paint Nites theyre awesome, best service Ive ever had during one of those!) 5/5 for food and service. Cut those waitresses some slack. Theyre worked to the bone.

I sat at the bar. Bartender #1 was friendly. She got my beer, and just as I was about to order, she asked bartender #2 to take my order; she had to step outside. Bartender #2 waved her off then continued to stand there on her phone. When she finally came over she was short and curt. She told me the wrong burger price, and when I went to pay they said theyd take off the extra. But the manager CHANGED the price of my burger and took the extra off, leaving me with the exact same cost. Im never coming back again. I didnt feel like my patronage was wanted, at all.

Friend recommended the place. I was really impressed because it just looked like a small "hole in the wall" type bar/grill place. The prices werent to bad and the food was excellent. I dont get to it much because its about 20+ minutes away. The staff is always friendly. The only thing I dont like, which really is not a big deal is when there are UFC fights or stuff of that nature you cant sit in certain areas without paying a fee. Again not a big deal and I understand it gets them some money. But I just want to eat, no interest in the UFC stuff.

First bar I tried in Cleveland with my co-workers. The place was a nice find. Literally right in front of my apartment. Good thing it was because at a bar you drink, and I wasnt about to drive. Anyway, good long list of domestic and import beers at reasonable prices. They have a mix of bar games: pool, darts, shuffle board, and the service was excellent. The only real downside is its not the cheapest place. If you are looking to get plastered to the wall this is not the bar for you. PS I heard Thursdays are $2 draft nights.

Food order was incomplete and it was two huge dinners. Staff was apologetic and we had to come back to get it corrected, then the new food was burnt. They also gave me appetizer coupons, which were nowhere near the value of either of the dinners. When I redeemed one, the chicken was gross. The other, wasnt very good either and they didnt even fill the sauce container halfway! This place is a huge disappointment after 4 visits. Maybe it is a place more for atmosphere and drinking but prices are too high for below average food.

We arrived 4pm June 3rd 2017 ... there was a party inn the back... the booths were filled with a few patrons in the game room... we sat in the open seating and were the only two in that area... after 8 minutes of watching all the servers walk around... the bartender and manager conversing...not once being greeted by anyone... we left and had the best service and food at the newly opened Winking Lizard right around the corner from the Fox and Hound... Will not be returning to the Fox and Hound...

Went there twice, the first time was a work function where we were advised that all of us could stay and watch the fight for free, then once all of our managers managers left they tried to charge us for the fight, the next time I went which was a few months later my friend and I sat at our table for about 10 minutes.....our waitress never came to introduce herself or see if we wanted a drink or anything....the waitress even looked at me straight in my eyes and kept walking.......so we walked out
