Stood in line for more than 10 minutes. Only one cashier, no sense of urgency with the customers, chomping away on her gum, never smiling or even greeted anyone. Then when I go to place my order and paid Im told that the expresso isnt working. Needless to say I had to get my money back and leave very unsatisfied. The sad part is that was my first time to go there and it will be my LAST!! That location needs better employes and management!!!!

They never have anything ready they always have to make it they will never answer at the drive thru you have to pull to the window and wave at them while I sit here at the drive thru window three other vehicles past me because I got tired of waiting he left you cannot tell if theyre open theres only one light on in the back kitchen I love Tim Hortons products and this is the only one in town

ive been there 3 times in two months. twice i sat at the drive in window"oh i almost forgot about you" she says when she finally comes. Another time i went in and noone was around at the counter. Today,my croissant was dough and i got another one - it was dough too. blah too bad, i go to the pataskala one all the time and the food is great and the workers can serve you.

I would give no stars but that is not an option. The food is great but the service is horrible. Everytime I come here, they are understaffed. The owner must and does not care, he knows its the only one in Heath so people will come, regardless of service. Today they forgot half my order and gave me burnt food. Im about to start driving to Newark.

First and last time going there! No muffins ready to sell! I feel if you open at 5 then you should be ready to serve customers at that time! Ended up ordering a cinnamon roll and was given no napkins! To top it off no sleeve offered or given for my coffee either! Terrible service!

Went thru the drive thru on thur to get a small hot chocolate and after i left i opened my cup to drink it and it was only half full. I dont like to be wiped off mabe they told to do that now the small is only a 1.00 but its so damm small a 1.00 is alot for it if its full

They have been a franchise for a long time and recently switched over. They didnt have the money to have many workers at once, so the workers were stretched thin. Its hard to clean, bake, take and fill orders with two workers. The donuts are remade several times a day!!

When your out of tim bits you offer to bake more. It takes like 3min. I know I baked in pataskala. Service was poor and we were told they only had 3 plain tim bits we wanted 20 chocalate. The people there are lazy. I will only try tim hortons in pataskala from now on.

Went to Heath, Ohio location. Ordered the Old Fashioned glazed doughnuts. Was told they havent had those for months, yet, I Just got some at Newark location last week. Didnt realize chain apparently doesnt carry same menu at all locations.

Employees are mostly young. Donuts are usually old, Food is usually gross, coffee is alright, iced cappuccinos, however, are always great! Atmosphere is typical of a Tim Hortons cafe.

They say fresh donuts everyday!!!WRONG!!! Reference to newark and heath, only. About frosted cinnamon rolls...yummy..if u can get them. I call ahead if I want one!
