Not very friendly. Perhaps theyre salty because their working on thanksgiving, either way, I tried being polite and conversing with them and they ignored me and just wanted my order. So I ordered. Tall coffee frappechino - French vanilla. For some reason they always destroy a simple request. Rang me up as something different as usual. Blah. O well. Starbucks is still Starbucks. Just left with my "fixed order" and they didnt put any coffee in it. What the crap? Itd be nice if a manager read this and fixed this. If not for the big line behind me I would have waited for the right drink I ordered.

Staff couldnt remember that I was there earlier and I sat around the corner at the conference table when I came to the counter to get my gold star card cup refill and she wanted me to pay full price for it? and she said that they would refill it this time but next time I had to pay for it which was bogus and I told her " Ypur mistaken I was already there at 6:30 a.m. I was here before you came to work" and showed her my receipt. Ridiculous wish I could remember her name but its irrelevant staff just needs to pay more attention to their customers especially their gold card customers

I travel for work and pleasure all over the state of Florida. I ordered a drink and asked for a small cup of whipped cream for my son and he informed me that he had to charge me because apparently getting a cup of whipped cream for your child or your animal is very popular nowadays. I am honestly Flabbergasted that they charge money to provide a little bit of whip cream in a cup for a child.

Always polite. Perfect cinnamon Apple spice. Everytime. Im not a Starbucks fan. I like To fair trades, but... For a small location it meets my needs. Definitely extremely limited seating space. Might limit your love for this location. All in all very good.

This place goes up and down with the friendliness of their staff, which seems to have a high turn over. I think I was told once its a training store. Great place to meet friends.

Cashier, while not rude, was straight to the point and not very cheerful. Other Starbucks Ive been in the cashier is usually smiling and very pleasant but she was very serious.

I would not recommend to visit during 645-7am time bracket. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before finally leaving because I had to go to work... without my coffee.
