Hit or miss. Last night was a miss. Rude lady with short black chopped hair would not make eye contact with us, rushed us along like us and our food were of no value to her. Extra skimpy portions on everything and when we asked for the right amount, they would add like a tiny bit more. I asked for more onions and peppers and got like 3 more slivers and acted like they were doing me a favor. Just crappy all around. Oh and this is something new and disgusting...to the left of the register along the wall behind it, a worker girl in some kind of shorts was actually up on the make table counter on her hands and knees and DID NOT CLEAN THE AREA SHE WAS PHYSICALLY ON. I looked at her and she looked at me like I have a third eye or something. This location needs a fresh help overhaul. Fire everyone and start over with eager, new employees who can uphold the Chipotle legacy of great food and great service. And one more thing...at dinner time the parking lot had lots of spaces available and you know what that means. This location has turned into a dud. I will review and update if we ever go back. UPDATE 9/3 Figured with 3 months gone bye, it was fair to try again. No line for dinner. Lots of parking spaces. Same skimpy portions. Same acting like they were measuring gold dust when adding a few slivers of peppers and onions. And here is the kicker, we asked for half and half meat to try and mix things up a bit. Well came time to pay and the bill was like 22 bucks for two bowls! We said that doesnt seem right and he said you got double meat! No we explained it was half and half and I assure you, there was NOT anything remotely like an abundance of meat. This location continues to disappoint us. Oh and extra chips we bought were like wet cardboard. Stale. Port Orange deserves better guys.

Went in to Chipotle in Port Orange for lunch today & had the worst customer service experience ever. I was asked to wait for the vegetables to finish cooking while I ordered my food. I said thats ok Ill just take whats left in the bin. The 2 employees looked at me like I had 5 heads! The young girl insisted that I waited it would be quick. I explained this happened the last time that Id come there for lunch & awkwardly stood & waited for 15 minutes for the veggies. I said it was honestly ok Ill just skip it. Thats when a horrible young man with a pony tail & homemade tattoos all over his arms walked over the skillet, pick it up & slammed it down spilling food everywhere. He slapped uncooked vegetables in my bowl & said there you go. Completely embarrassed I just said thanks. Moving down the food line he finishes by asking if Id like cheese? I said yes a little please. He pours an absurd amount of SOUR CREAM on my food. I just put my head in my hands. $9 for sour cream soaked rice & raw vegetables. Worst customer service ever! If you dont like your job, find a new one!

For some reason their steak is always undercooked but eatable. However, this chipotle has been my only disappointment since I began eating here. They barely give you steak or chicken forcing you to get double which cost more. Long story short I am not the person to complain, but every time I come here something goes wrong. Today we went at 11am and they have leftovers from the night before. In fact, the beans looked like they havent been stir in a long time. We basically ate the minimum and threw the rest in the trash, literally. Safe to say that I am done eating at this specific location. I recommend to not go in the early morning as you will be served cold leftovers.

I love Chipotle. I think their food is absolutely delicious, have been eating it for years now. The restaurant is very clean, and a nice enviornment. The team members of this store are decent. Some people that work here seem genuinely nice, others seem like they are just plain irritated and have no patience... Really the only true con of this place is that the portions are incredibly small. I have to get extra on everything that I get on my burrito bowl due to the fact that they put almost nothing in there if you dont ask for extra.

Was having a taste for Chipotle. Glad I read these reviews! The problem I had with ones in VA was that sometimes Id go and it was great, but most times I had to ask for what shouldve been the normal amount because they didnt want to put anything in the burrito bowl. So, Im not going to chance being hungry, driving all the way out there and not getting what I expect. Too bad previous reviewers didnt put the date and time on their reviews - maybe theres a pattern!

Service has been so bad that my wife and I are don3 going to this Port Orange location. The food today was so bland that she had to salt it which surprised me since she is not a fan of adding salt to foods. The black beans were undercooked and the employees (aside from one very nice one) seem miserable and uninterested. This is the third time we left unhappy in the last month and we have been going there since opening.

OMG, I cannot say enough about how good this place is! The decore is simple and sleek. The FOOD IS OUT OF THIS WORLD! They label the items that are not organic, everything else is! I get 2 meals out of every visit. Under $7! Ive been to other mexican/american places the change too much & the food is nasty. Not here!! Ill eat here till the day I die!

My wife and I both dine-in and take-out from the Chipotle (Port Orange, FL) on a regular basis. The food has always been fresh and plentiful. Restaurant is clean and the employees are polite. Its so much nicer than having to drive another ten minutes north to the Daytona Beach store. I wish there was a Chipotle closer to our house.

I used to go to this Chipotle multiple times a week. We loved the food, the workers were great, and the restaurant was clean. Recently the whole restaurant has been a mess, all new employees who are rude and give you tiny portions. Will be finding a new Chipotle.

Its clean and the guacamole is really good. Im not a super fan but Im not a hater, for sure they are better than Moes. Tijuana Flats just opened across the street, if they are packed then Chipotle is a good plan b.

What you would expect of the chain on the inside. Outside, looks like a local dumping ground for litter. The easement is full of trash and the occasional person smoking/vaping.......They really need to clean outside
