I am editing a previous entry here that was not very flattering to this establishment. My reason is simple: The manager (Donna) knows her customer service! She called the other day and I was able to speak to her just now. She not only apologized for the error (which is more of an internal I.T. issue (dont get me started on I.T. problems and the people who create them) but also will be training her newer managers on how to work within the online system to better serve customers when cyberspace intervenes. She also is doing her very best to "Make It Right" - which is their motto. So, kudos to Donna and my family will be giving them another try. However, I will CALL in the future instead of trusting their online system. But thats not her fault. Now...if only Papa Johns in Alliance had someone like Donna running the show, maybe wed go back there again. But I think it would take a personal visit by Peyton Manning to get me to order from them again. Thanks again, Donna!

Very disappointing, this has always been a very good pizza hut, but we havent been there for awhile. They were out of pan pizza crust so we opted for the hand tossed supreme. Not a good choice, it seemed drier and needed more sauce. We ordered bread sticks as it was late and we were hungry thinking the pizza would take awhile. The bread sticks arrived cold and 2 minutes before our pizza. We had to get our own silverware from another table. The tradition at any pizza hut has always been that your serve would dish up your 1st slice and box any leftovers for you, didnt happen this time. Has management changed or what?/

Food was good...love their salad bar although I was disappointed that they didnt have pickles on it this time. Server was not very friendly and seemed to want to hurry up and rush us off, the restaurant wasnt even half full.

Had some problems having Pizza Hut deliver to me on campus. Ended up taking 1 hour and 10 minutes, by which time the pizza was cold. The girl delivering was also pretty rude - Not impressed.

Nothing. Pizza hut has declined in quality very badly. I ordered some pizzas and they barely had any cheese, sauce, NO flavoring on the crust when I clearly ordered it. Very dissatisfied.

A lot of different pizzas to select from or build your own. They also have pasta dinners, wings, breads, salads. They run A lot of specials too.
