If I could give no stars, I would. Our order was wrong, and when we called about our two pizzas being wrong, Andrew, stated "I dont know what to tell you, maam". Andrew spoke to someone else and laughed while talking to them about the situation. When he put the phone back to his ear he stated hed get a manager for me. Incredibly unprofessional. Kathy answered the phone and stated there had been a mix-up and our correct pizzas would be out delivered shortly. 20 minutes went by, no pizza. Called the store and asked for Kathy, told her no pizza had arrived and she asked me if I was sure because the delivery driver just returned to the store. Questioning a customer about wether or not they received services is shocking. She said she would speak to the driver to find out and then again I had to ask for the correct pizzas. She said they would make them and send them out. I had to ask for my entire order to be remade as she didnt not offer any solution or compensation for our issues. I asked how long it would take for our order to be remade and sent to us, Kathy stated 30-40 minutes but if we wanted it sooner, we could come and pick it up. I understand mistakes happen, that doesnt excuse bad customer service. This stores customer service is unprofessional and baffling. An hour after the initial call to let them know about the problem we finally received our CORRECT order. No apology was given and the driver to collect money before realizing this was a re-make. Please fix your customer service. I am paying for a service, I shouldnt have to asks several times for our correct order.

My food was very cold boxes were all beat up like they had slung my food all across theyre car they told us 30 min wait being theyre 5 mins away well they took well over an hour which would explain why the food was so dang cold the night crew management tanika tamika whoever she is for the day of 5/19/17 was very rude nasty took 20 mins just to speak to her she laughed at our inconvenience and didnt even care to fix the problem what a terrible way to run a business with unprofessional managers if they dont care well I see why the crew members dont either I will never order from this place and I will have health inspectors involved being that it was hair in my food

The worst customer service ever. Very ghetto manager name Tanika at the location on Beville road in Daytona Beach, Florida. I placed my order online @11:15 she calls 30mins later and says the delivery driver has a flat tire for the evening... Really Pizza Hut? This lady charged my card 33.00 for the order and told me I cant be refunded until a manager comes in which wouldnt be until morning. Well she was the manager. I will not let 1 bad apple keep me from ordering from my favorite pizza place. I will ask that pizza needs to do better on screening people when hiring. The most unprofessional, unpleasant, rude, lying, disrespectful person I have ever encountered.

I called to order pizza for my sons birthday party. I local trampoline park boasts $5 medium pizzas from this location .... Pizza hut confirmed this so I ordered 5 1 topping pizzas. They tell me is $38.... ummm. .... what?!? When I asked about the price difference Im told I cant order an odd amount of pizzas???? I once again asked for a price breakdown as an explanation for the prices and was hung up on. Seriously... hung up on!! Who does that??? I tried to give pizza hut another chance, as I havent liked their pizza the last couple times Ive had it. But they failed again!! Trust me, call somewhere else for pizza.

i am gonna be their best customer i visit at seaside manor and my friend had bad experiences at pappa johns and few shops beachside burned pizza sloppy wings warm soda late delivery was all i got..I tried this pizza I sish I knew her name who took the order but she was so nice polite knowlegable we ordered wings and a pepperoni pie promised 45 mins got it in 30 excellent warm great service..know what I ordered athin crust and soda for myself what a friendly driver same person took my order GOT A NY STYLE THIN CRUST!!!!!!they got it right!!!

I dont know about other Pizza Hut locations, but this location is TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST!! The store is always dirty and greasy. The food is always overcooked or just plain sloppy and thrown together. Deliveries always take much longer then promised. The staff is not courteous or helpful at all. I always feel that Im somehow inconveniencing them by buying food from their place of employment. Like I said earlier, I doubt its all Pizza Hut locations, but this one is THE WORST! STAY AWAY!!!!

Ghetto fabalous workers. Tamika dosent wear her name tag and is very unprofessional. None of the workers greeted me. And i just stood there at the counter for at least three minutes while 3 workers were acting like they had better things to do. One of them was just walking around. Tamika was rude to other workers. The guy who took my order wasnt rude but didnt wanna come to the fromt. And didnt thank ne for my order.

Well, the food is never guaranteed at this location. Ive had multiple problems, long wait times, and I can barely ever get a hold of an actual person in this store. Ive had the wrong food delivered to me, my pizza folded in half all messed up, replacement order didnt arrive for over 2 hours and was still wrong. Lets just say I wont be ordering from here again anytime soon.

Yes one star because they cant seem to cook their pizzas right. They are either not cooked and soggy or burnt with a black crust. Yes the pizza in the picture was actually taken out od the oven, cut and placed in a box. This should not have been given to us, or, at least ask us id we want it, offer a refund or even credit on the next order. Smh some people.

Just like the other reviewers said I to ordered at 1020pm and 1120pm no still had not showed up ,I called and the rude cashier Tanika said the driver had a flat tire so I need to come pick up order (like when was you gonna call me)go to pick it up pizza cold and wings not cooked ,she is very agruemetive and rude.get rid of her.(IJS)(undercover boss )

I placed my order online and when I went to pick it up, the person messed up the pizza and had to completely remake it. Mind you, it is 12:45 am and I know I have a complicated order, hence why I decided to make it clear as possible by ordering it through the automated system. Very annoying, but at least the pizza tasted nice and fresh!

Ive been dealing with these people for over a year and a half. now all of a sudden they wont deliver to my neighborhood after dark. My orders are always over $40 dollars and I give the driver a $5 dollar tip. They dont want my business anymore fine they wont get.

Very friendly and clean place. The manager tonight waa very welcoming and a blessed man. The casher was very respectful and quick at getting your order out. I will visit this place of business more often when I am in Daytona. 10 stars and two thumbs up
