Food is okay, other reviews are right about it being salty and not much spice , ive ordered here many times and tonight i was yelled at by lady working the front for ordering fried rice because they closed in ten minutes she snapped an attitude when i said i didnt want white rice , bad customer service. I still tipped for the inconvenience but ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible service by the rude woman at the front. She sat yelling at someone in Chinese on her cell phone while I waited to order. Then she got mad when I asked for sauce for my egg rolls. Food was cheap and tasted mediocre. The fried rice has no vegetables in it and was gross. Never again.

As a loyal customer since they opened this review is late. All I can say is Ive had a lot of Chinese food in my life but not a one measures up to Joy Lucky! My absolute favorite! Best Chinese in Columbus! Worth the wait and worth the price!

Ordered Szechuan fried tofu, without vegetables. Sauce is terrible. No spice, way too salty, too much of the sauce it is sickening. Feel like I threw away money. They were fast and did custome my order. Disgusting food though.

the food was awesome !!! but it literally take !!!!FOREVER!!! for delivery i placed an order and she never gave me a delivery time i had to call back 30 mins later and she said it would be another 35 before i got it smh

Exactly what you expect from a strip mall Chinese restaurant. Portions are big, prices are cheap, and cleanliness is questionable. Best if you refrain from questioning if it is really chicken that you are eating.

foods okay, took a while to get though. Id say try it at least once. it may not be for me, (I prefer Peking house on hoover) but its reasonably priced and it may your favorite Chinese food!

My boyfriend and I ate here on Monday (May 19th) and we both got food poisoning so bad that we had to go to the hospital and miss two days of work. Never eating here again!

Joy Lucky is our favorite take-out Chinese restaurant in basically all of Columbus and surrounding areas! The food is always fresh, piping hot, and absolutely delicious!

I have eaten here many times. I like the food, the staff is friendly to me. A local TV station gave then a dirty dish award but they have since cleaned up the place.
