I have tried to give this place a chance considering my love for Chinese food but this place is an absolute joke! The owners are so rude when trying to speak to. The food is ALWAYS soggy and cold. There was hair in the buffet. Tried to speak with the owner about my service and she got a very sore attitude and basically said too bad and laughed in our face then spoke Chinese to talk about us.. watched them keep their food in their warmers for ever.... Quality of food is so horrible!! Chicken so rubber tasting, rice was so dry, noodles also! Pasta was hard!!! . Any place is better than this one! I cannot believe the disrespect they have towards customers!!!! If I could do less than one star I could. The bathrooms are absolutely nasty! I was terrified to even use them so I didnt even bother... This place is not even sanitary... Got home and immediately got sick.. If your family is trying to eat Chinese please pick somewhere else.

Ive heard this place wasnt very good. But after trying it for my self it really was pretty good! I didnt try the sushi because there was a sign that read "please reserve sushi for Togo orders" and plus buffet sushi is usually a bad idea in general... beyond that. There were a couple dishes that looked like they might could have been replaced (maybe two) the rest was hot and delicious! The teriyaki chix on a stick was so good and so were the potatos, wontons, and the spring rolls! They also gave me a huge pot of green jasmine tea that so so good! The sever man was very kind although my daughter (10 months ) kept dropping her food on the ground. I tried the puff pastry and it was a little stale, but the little coffee flavored chocolate cake was so light and perfectly sweet!! So yummy!! We will most likely be back.

Good Chinese buffet. When you think American Chinese comfort food, this is it. The restaurant is clean and spacious, not too noisy. They serve sushi, have a salad bar, dessert bar, and offer standard american-chinese fare. We end up eating their once a month and it is usually fresh and hot with good selection and typically expected flavors. The service is friendly and nonintrusive. Those in the area looking for some comfort food should add this to their list.

The good is alwaysHot and the family service is awesome. Charles Ammons grew up here his Daddy a factory worker.He worked three jobs including mowing yards.He had two children he worked and raised.He taught his children how to work including half Haywood Countys school kids grew up knowing Ammonsand eventually Charles hired them among others having a hard time in a small town trying just to get by.

Another place I like because they monitor The buffet for proper etiquette. I saw patrons grab 3-4 plates on one trip and eat half of it. The manager asked them to leave and not come back since they were being so wasteful. I mean its a buffet, one plate at a time and go for more when youre done. Its not rocket science. Food tastes good and service was excellent.

For the buffet, well, its like any other. Stuff can get old. But they do try to keep up on things, and you can let someone know they need to put in something fresh. Theyre extremely friendly and Ive never had bad service. If you order off the menu or use takeout as we do a lot, its fantastic. Hot, fresh, always tasty. And fast.

Traveling. Read the reviews and was apprehensive but we tried it anyway. Found the staff to be super. Food tasted great but could have been hotter. I have to reiterate tasted good. I really really enjoyed it to the point of being uncomfortably stuffed but wanting more. For my bride of 49 years and I it was five stArs.

Absolutely horrible - eat eslewhere. The food was too salty and WAY overcooked. Several items could not even be cut with a knife. Pork chop and chicken too hard to eat. Egg drop soup completely salty. Egg Foo Young hard on the bottom and the gravy had a crust on it. Disgusting!

Came in to order off the menu for a New Years meal, but after walking the buffet tables and saw the fresh and wide selection of so many different Chinese dishes, I chose the buffet. Maximum flavor and an excellent quality of ingredients.

For being one of maybe 3 buffets in the area, its actually very good. The selection isnt the largest but the food is great, and if you have a picky eater or a child they serve typical american foods like chicken and pizza.

If youre going for lunch, get there by 12. If you want dinner, no later than 6. When the food is fresh, its pretty good but they will let the food sit out until someone eats it. If its past 1pm or 7pm, dont bother going.

We were disgusted! The meats on line were burnt, very limited selection. Only 5 kinds of sushi on line... The hibachi has NO flavor! Be sure to ask for extra napkins because you will need them to spit out the nasty food!

The food is usually a hit or miss thing so sometimes its okay and sometimes its horrible! But considering the lack of choices in this town what can you do! Unless you want to drive to asheville then it is what it is.
