Overall a horrible experience! I will NEVER go back. Walked in and the hostess told us about a 20 minute wait, so we said well have a drink at the bar. We had two drinks at the bar and cashed out after waiting about 40-45 minutes. I told my wife well have one more drink and if our table isnt ready before were done well leave. They had a table for us after about a 50-55 minute wait. I went to cash out and pay for my last two drinks and they had charged me for four drinks on my bill. I had to correct them and then sat at our table. Our waiter came over and we already knew what we wanted as we had 50 minutes to look at the menu already. I ordered an appetizer and asked the waiter what he though of it, he suggested another appetizer and I told him well go with his recommendation. We also proceeded to order fish tacos and a salad. The appetizer came out and it wasnt what we had ordered, but figured we would just eat it as we had already been there for a good hour and twenty minutes. As we were almost finished with it, the correct appetizer came out and we figured we would just get it in a to go box as we were sure our meals would be out momentarily. Well, after waiting another 25-30 minutes (and the waiter never did come back to give us a to go box) I just ate the second appetizer as I was pretty hungry. As soon as we had ordered our appetizer I started my timer on my phone just to see how long the wait would be, after our 50-55 minute wait for our table, and when it got to the 50 minute mark I looked at my wife and said lets get the hell outta here! We ordered a salad and fish tacos and still hadnt seen our food after waiting 50 minutes! Oh, by the way we hadnt seen our waiter in about the past 40 minutes either. I got up and walked into the restaurant looking for our waiter and finally found him and told him can you put our food in carry out boxes as we need to get out of here. He just said, sure no problem? Not, sorry for the wait, is everything ok, can I get you anything. After waiting another 15-20 minutes I had just grabbed a $20 from my wallet to throw on the table for the appetizer and we were going to walk out and my wife said "here he comes". I paid for the food and walked out. We got home and my wife took a bite of her salad and said it was nasty and I threw the fish tacos in the garbage as they were cold and had obviously been sitting for quite some time. Moral of the story is this place sucks and I wont waste my time or money here again!!!

We went here on Mothers Day, and Im 50/50 if Id want to return. When we walked in for our 6pm reservations, we had to wait an extra 25 minutes because they werent ready for us. After we ordered, it took another 30 minutes to receive our salads/soups. Not everyone ordered a salad/soup, so we asked for bread for the table; that took another 15 minutes just for bread. It seemed like we were waiting for our meal to come out for the longest time, and when food finally arrived to our table, the waitress had to come back 4 times because side dishes or ingredients were forgotten. My mom was burned when she was handed a hot plate without warning and had to ice it in her drink. Anyone who ordered perch (my mom and I) had a mouth full of bones. On the plus side, the crab-stuffed shrimp on my plate was lovely; the caveat was that there was only one. The small serving size compared to the steep price was unreasonable, especially because the only things that were high quality were the chunky blue cheese dressing and the shrimp. The mashed potatoes didnt have much flavor. Additionally, whenever youd gaze around the room, 90% of the time, you wouldnt see any waitstaff. Honestly, even adjusting for the fact that this was Mothers Day, and the restaurant is new, it was a little unreasonable to have a combination of poor service, mediocre food on average, and lengthy wait times.

Went here for my birthday with a party of three. Had a shrimp appetizer which, while tasty, was over priced for the quantity and display. I ordered the rack of lamb which was delicious. The wait staff were friendly, but the environment was noisy. The reason for the rating is that I accidentally left a birthday card on the table. I left for home and not five minutes later my brother called me and asked if I picked up the card. I had forgotten and promptly turned around. I could not have been gone for more than ten minutes. I arrived back at the place and asked the hostess if anyone turned in a card. She said that no one had and stared at me blankly. I pushed further asking for her manager. The manager comes and I explain what I left on the table. She examines the table where we sat and asked the wait staff. "No one saw anything" she says. She then half halfheartedly picked at the trash and shrugged me off. I asked to be contacted the next day if she finds anything and left. I never got a call. The card contained about 40 dollars and a birthday card from my brother. The total bill came to about $90 for all of us and we left $120. I felt that was pretty generous and having a birthday card stolen from me was not deserved. Because of the weak management, a dishonest staff, and poor customer service I will never eat here again no matter how good the food was.

Newest Trenton eating spot just a block off the river corner of West n Jefferson plates up some fantastic foods. Delightful lunch today the House Double Damn Burger, Chicken Parm with Linguine Noodles and OMG that French Onion Soup a must try , the very best Downriver get the whole bowl enough to share, ,, so good that I cut that cheese off the side of bowl and drank the last bit outrageous delicious I tell you. Ordered traverse city chicken in a cherry cream sauce when we got it it was in a soy based greasy sauce told he waitress it was not the same as last time she said they twiked the recipe well it was nasty dont recommend it! The French onion soup was delicious. It gets very noisy the regulars at the bar are very loud would be much nicer if they got rid of the bar and added more tables for a quieter atmosphere

The French onion soup was absolutely disgusting!!! It tasted like eating a tablespoon of salt. The bread served with it was not only hard and stale but was not served with butter. I also had the shrimp Alfredo. This as well was dry, non flavor full but the shrimp was not cleaned properly. As they say, it had shrimp poop in these "elegant" shrimp. I would recommend NOT TO EVER GO TO THIS RESTURANT .

I really.loved the food. The atmosphere was pleasant, along with the decor. The staff was courteous and very accommodating Unfortunately the acoustics were poor; the noice was to distracting and made pleasant conversation difficult. I hope the owners take initiative to correct and enable 4 stars from everyone! Doubt I will return, as is
